Lots of extras really made for a great stay!
Pros:

We really enjoyed everything about the hotel, truly! Staff were exceptional, friendly, warm and took a real interest in my and my family. Everything was a breeze to book and to find our way around because of their assistance. We all thought the rooms to be spacious and the beds really comfortable too. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money. If/when we come back to Lisbon this would be our first choice.

Cons:

We got a little confused moving around the hotel to start, but we got used to it.

Idealne położenie,blisko do centrum historycznego ok 20 min spacerem, w przyjemnej spokojnej i czystej okolicy, w pobliżu markety, restauracje. Pokoj typu apartament w hotelu jest dla nas idealnym rozwiązaniem, czuje sie w takich miejscach o wiele bezpieczniej, zawsze mozna skorzystać z udogodnień typu śniadanie, basen, restauracja bądź potraktować to jak mieszkanie w hotelu. Personel młody, sympatyczny i pomocny. W okresie zimowym to dobre miejsce bo jest tu ciepło i sucho, co nie jest norma w tej części świata. Pokoje są tez estetycznie urzadzone.

Cons:

Check in dość późny tj 16, szczególnie ze dla osób z pozostałej części Europy to naprawdę późno, Portugalia to -1 godzina dla Europy zachodniej i środkowej, a early check in tj 14 to żadna różnica dla przyjeżdżających rano. Personel sprzątający to niestety pomyłka, osoby sprzątające rozmawiają tylko po portugalsku, a przynajmniej to manifestuja, jakos trudno mi uwierzyć ze nie znają słów typu ręcznik czy papier, i polecam darować sobie z nimi kontakt zeby nie psuć sobie pobytu, poza tym sprzątanie w naszym przypadku odbyło sie pod koniec pobytu co trochę nie miało sensu,ze względu na ogólny chaos. Hotel chyba jest zbyt duży zeby oszczędzać na pracownikach, a tak to niestety wygląda.
