Dirty sheets!! Would not stay there anymore
Pros:

The room had a nice setup

Cons:

Sheets however were filthy. Floors were dirty! I had a let out bed went into the closet to get bedding for let out bed and every single piece was dirty. I couldn’t sleep and went to the front office the next morning because no one is available after 8. Told management my issue. He wasn’t apologetic got pissed because I didn’t want to take the linen down to my room. Pretty much kicked me out and refunded my money. Told him I didn’t want to leave and he stated no I’m gonna refund you being that you are not happy with the stay and you can just leave. He had a very nasty attitude and didn’t care of how much inconvenience that was to me and my family. I had to wait days before my $250 deposit was credited back to my account.Thank god we had money to find a place and pay another deposit on top of waiting for the one that was already charged. If anything be upset with your staff they are the ones you should have an issue with. Not your guest. I couldn’t even sleep!!

Always a pleasure to stay here!
Pros:

Staff was very kind and we love the easily acceptable rooms. Although other guests were being loud at times, they were all respectful of the quiet hours. We got 2 good night's rest and enjoyed our visit.

Cons:

The weather turned cold on Sunday and it was very windy. There is nothing negative to report about this location!

Horrible! they nickle and dime for everything even if you lose a key come on that’s crazy and you have a pass thru door into other rooms no thanks. The smoking stuff is ridiculous and the charge a 250 deposit that’s crazy. We checked in saw the room and immediately checked out and the staff was not helpful and we had to wait 20 minutes for the towel guy to move his truck and the manager just sat on the chair and didn’t say a word

The location was great!!! Every place was in the area you needed. Breakfast wasn't serve at the location...

Cons:

I didn't like the fact I had to walk beyond the hotel to smoke. I completely understand the rules...

We will be staying here on all our visits to Pensacola.
Pros:

My daughter is in the Navy Stationed at NAS. This location was within walking distance to retail, grocery, and dining. We were able to attend mass at our favorite church which is 20 minutes away and get back in time for our check out.

Cons:

The elevator sounds a bit rough. I took the stairs.
