Ultra clean room! Smelled great and wasnt too loud around us!

Check in was seamless, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast workers were on top of refilling and wiping clean as needed. One of the gentlemen even made gluten free toast for me!!!

We came here for a concert and booked the room months before hand. And it was a good thing. The staff said they were booked the day before and booked the day we were there. We couldnt get our room till 4 pm ,cause they were still cleaning rooms, but the staff was very nice the whole time. The room was awsome. Just about spic and span cleanliness. The hotel is just down the road from the mall and other places, so great area if youre wanting to shop. And it was only a few minutes from the pine knob venue for our concert as well so that was cool. And they do shuddle to that venue for future reference. The breakfast we got the next morning was awesome. It was so good. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bread items, juice and milk bar and so much more. It was worth it. We will stay here again. It was a great experience so thank you.

The room was very clean and the front staff was incredibly friendly with any questions that I had. The rest of the staff throughout the building were also so nice when I would encounter them. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. There’s a mall about a 2 min drive away. Overall, very good experience at this hotel.

Only thing I wasn’t impressed by was the pull out couch didn’t get the sheet changed. Needed the extra bed and they were dirty when we pulled it out.

There was a large mall only 5 min away

The beds are super comfortable, really nice place. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast bar was great!

Stayed one night for a concert it was nice although it had been over ten days and I’m still waiting for the room deposit to come back on my card but besides that it was very clean and nice

Staff were friendly and excellent. Having a bar on site was a great bonus.

Location was great for shopping and eating. There was everything possible you could think of within 5 miles..

Check in was terrible. Our room wasn’t ready over an hour past check in time. They gave us a different room that STILL wasn’t ready. They finally gave us one that was available and said it was due to being fully booked (which was not our fault/problem). The woman checking us in asked if we were HYAT members, when I said no, she explained she was going to give us 5000 points but didn’t offer anything else since we weren’t. I would definitely not book here again.

Property was very nice, will have no problem staying there again.
