Beautiful waterfront villas and nice amenities from Etro.
Bad services and disorganised in everything, unprofessional management and undertrained staffs, poor housekeeping services, predatory billing practices.
L’île est superbe.
Les chambres sont tops, bien équipées.
La salle de bain est particulièrement appréciable ainsi que la piscine privée.
Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil.
Le bar avec vue est sublime.
La cuisine des 4 restaurants n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu et du prix. La qualité est très inégale. Certains plats n’étaient vraiment pas bons.
Les boissons sans alcool pourraient être incluses dans le prix (très élevé).

Nous étions dans un logement sur pilotis. La chambre/la vue son exceptionnels !
Le personnel est adorable. La nourriture excellente.
Ils vous prêtent des vélos pour parcourir toute l'ile (il y a une petite plaque en bois gravée avec votre prénom sur le vélo).
Petits sacs très mignons dans la salle de bain "his" & "her". J'ai adoré ces petites attentions !
Notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps

Die Hotelanlage war einzigartig.
Restaurants, Zimmerausstattung, Betten waren einwandfrei, von allerbester Qualitaet.
Besonders bedanken moechten wir uns beim Personal,
dass immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich war.
Vorallem Dave und Scola waren immer sehr bemueht, dass man sich wohl fuehlt.
Enttäuschend war leider etwas das Speisenangebot.
Für diese Kategorie an Hotel, ist kulinarisch noch viel Luft nach oben.
Das Essen war meist geschmacklos und das Fisch- und Obstangebot sehr begrenzt.
Sogar das italienische Restaurant war nur mittelmaessig, trotz Italienische Führung?!
Transfer fuer 350$ nach Zansibar rueber war extrem ueberteuert.
The place was wonderful and calming, friendly staff, the shore and the beach were exceptional, the villa size was great, the bathroom was very very nice.
This island is a piece of art naturally.
The restaurants atmospheres were similar to each other, the reception made us pay for the villa twice and you need to be careful about payments, my reservation data was leaked to spamming account that contacted me through whats app asking for extra charge which reported to the hotel management.
I like the butler service. Our butler Beno was the best

We loved the relaxed vibe of the island. It worked well for families as the kids were always super safe and the staff were amazingly friendly to them. The setting is gorgeous. The food plentiful and was delicious. The rooms were enormous and incredibly thoughtfully planned out. Each villa comes with bikes so you can potter around the island. The spa was amazing! The loveliest ladies working there with beautifu natural products.
We were there in the build up to Christmas and we, and a few other guests commented on how much Christmas music was playing,....constantly! It was too much. There was also lots of different music playing in various areas fo the hotel which sometimes clashed together. I think in this type of resort and given the remote peaceful location it would have been nice to have less music playing or none at all at times.
There was one evening during which the main restaurant put on a Moroccan night. The whole main area was converted and looked very dramatic. The food was delicious. Some girls came over from Stonetown and danced, middle eastern style dancing. They looked like they were having a great time but again i wasnt sure it was in tune with the hotels rustic, island vibe and was slightly awkward. I wouldnt want to attend this type of evening if i returned to the island.
Sadly all the watersports option, even the wind or paddle related ones were so expensive it seemed silly money so we didnt spend as much time on the sea as we had hoped.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Es war beeindruckend mit wie viel Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird und es dem Gast recht gemacht wird. Eine traumhaft schöne Insel, die zum entspannen einlädt. Dieser Ort würde ich jedem empfehlen!
