Pros:

깨끗하고 쾌적한 룸컨디션이 무척 좋았어요! 파도소리를 백색소음삼아 갱년기 불면증세도 없이 푹 잘 잤어요ㅎㅎ

Cons:

창가에 있는 욕조를 기대했는데 욕조에 앉아서 바라보는 뷰가 에어컨실외기에 딱 걸려서 에러ㅠ 트윈으로 들어가있는 싱글침대도 앙증사이즈여서 약간 아쉬웠네요

아침 진짜 맛있었습니다!!!!!!!!

Cons:

아쉬웠던 점은 체크인 웨이팅이 있고 오래 걸린다는 거..!? 그걸 알았더라면 더 일찍 왔을텐데 그게 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Disappointed that the small things take away from what could be a good hotel.
Pros:

Beds are amazing. Location is great. Overall the hotel is a fairly good experience. I really like the convenience store and game room too.

Cons:

We've stayed here a number of times, and particularly like the huge two bedroom with living room and kitchen. This time only had 3 people so stayed in a smaller room. Overall a lot of little things add up to make this definitely not a five star experience. The room was left with dirty tables and floors....which the room is not that big. The sauna is small and not worth it. I paid the sauna cash and they charged it to my room. They do not even acknowledge or remember me or my family....we've been there for a total of over 10 nights in one year. Is it a horrible hotel? No. Is it worth the money or even close to the five star experiences I've had, most of which were cheaper? NO!

Super Family stay in a brand new hotel. 100% satisfaction
Pros:

Very new Hotel, located at the shore. Walking distance to seafood places.
We booked access to family lounge, very nice concept for kids and adults.
The hotel added a tent to the room, nice place to sleep for the kid and small gifts were found in the room as well.
Game Arcade on the 5th floor includes even singing rooms.
We used the infinity pool, super condition.
Fantastic breakfast choices!

Cons:

I stayed in Tower A this time, and the elevator situation was horrible. There were three elevators, but only one seemed to be operating, so people had to wait a very long time to go up or down.

Another issue was housekeeping. I stayed for two days, and the room cleaning was minimal. Overall, it wasn’t worth a $300-per-night stay.

Cons:

직원들이 불친절하고, 질문하나에 예민하게 반응하시더라구요. 체크인 느리고.....서비스에 체계가 없었습니다.
프론트에 전화하니 통화량이 많아 연결이 어렵다는 안내만 나오는데, 막상 내려가보니 한가하더라구요.
다시 방문하기 어려울 것 같습니다.
