la atencion en la recepcion, muy amables. El restaurante esta bonito.

Cons:

La haitacion en el baño tenia un olor que no era agradable, estaba un perro en el hotel, que segun la dueña es inofensivo, sin embargo no me senti comodo al salir de la habitacion. El agua caliente no funciona muy bien y nos bañamos a las 7:00 de la mañana si habia frio

Not a good experience
Pros:

Friendly restaurant staff. Good breakfast. Free water bottle every day. There is a bus stop that takes you to Chichi town.

Cons:

From the moment we arrived, the Venezuelan manager tried to upsell the rooms. Finally she convinced us saying they'd be more quiet
The rooms had no TV signal and WiFi cut in and out, making it impossible to work.
The owner's daughter who is 20 and dating the property owner came to check on the TV signal. She was rude and disrespectful. She said" it's not my fault". Well, it sure wasn't our fault.
The horses roam free but they don't pick up the manure frequently.
After all the hassle, they refunded us the surcharge but it's not my idea of relaxation.
The place is situated right on the highway near 2 dangerous curves so there's loud honking all night.

Mejorar internet. Debimos tomar una habitación lejana por el ruido del tráfico. Recomendable incluir un transfer. Gracias.

Después del Mercado en Chichi un maravilloso lugar campestre para descansar
Pros:

Es un hotel muy agradable, campestre a las afueras de Chichicastenango que te permite alejarte un poco del bullicio de este lugar. Habitaciones cómodas, limpias y amplias. El restaurante, los jardines y lagos es un valor agregado maravilloso en esta propuesta. El desayuno tradicional maravilloso.

Cons:

La red de conexión a internet muy débil...no nos funcionó así como el agua caliente tan importante en un municipio tan frío.

Très cher pour ce que cet endroit propose.
Pros:

Parking pour voiture

Cons:

- Eau tiède et non chaude
- douche mal équipée, sol rapidement trempé
- wifi peu fonctionnel
- oreillers pas confortables
- endroit bruyant car à côté d’une route très empruntée par les camions qui ne klaxonnent plus qu’ils ne conduisent…
- nous avons attendu 2h pour être servi au service de midi et le repas était vraiment de piètre qualité pour deux ribs et un burger… il a fallu relancer plusieurs fois les serveurs pour éviter d’attendre 2h pour nos boissons…
- petit déjeuner inclus normal mais le serveurs ne nous a pas demandé si nous souhaitions du lait et du café et nous en a servi. Nous n’en buvons pas, dommage pour le gaspillage. Au passage, nous avons goûté le café… être un des pays du café et ne pas savoir faire du bon café c’est triste…
