Ощущение, будто попала в сказку
Я прилетела ради посещения боснийских пирамид и хотела побывать там именно в день своего рождения. Честно говоря, я совсем не ожидала, что в таком небольшом городе, почти деревне, можно найти отель такого высокого уровня.
Отель полностью оправдывает свои 4 звезды — я бы даже поставила 4+.
Идеальная чистота, очень внимательный и дружелюбный персонал.
Номер был очень удобный. Если есть возможность, обязательно берите номер с балконом и видом на пирамиды — вид просто потрясающий.
Удобная кровать, в номере есть всё для счастья : халаты, полотенца ,косметика Rituals 🤗 ежедневная прекрасная уборка. Наверху классное кафе с красивым видом, есть также обсерватория с телескопом, я туда не попала так как это по определённым дням, нужно узнать заранее, во время моего визита это были пятница и суббота.
СПА-зона — это вообще отдельное удовольствие: сауна, хаммам, бассейн, джакузи, всё очень чисто и прекрасно работает. Массаж у Ахмеда был великолепный. Вообще все сотрудники очень добрые и отзывчивые.
Ещё один плюс — внизу находится коммерческий центр. Там есть классное кафе со свежими смузи :)
До боснийских пирамид и туннелей Равнэ можно дойти пешком примерно за 20–30 минут, на такси — около 5 минут.
От аэропорта дорога занимает примерно 35–50 минут, в зависимости от трафика.

Cons:

Холодильник в номере работал не очень хорошо, но для меня это было не особенно важно. Ну и завтрак можно было бы разнообразить 😜

Great Hotel for a fair price
Pros:

A very nice hotel in the center of Visoko. As this is the shopping mall where everything happens during the weekend you can expect it to be lively, but the room was still pretty quite. The rooms were amazing a ton of space with very comfy and large beds. Pool area is nice as well with good space, saunas and so on. Free parking as well.

Cons:

The deduction of a point due to two reasons. First is that breakfast was almost gone when we arrived with limited selection, we were not informed that we can order eggs directly from the kitchen just found about it later. The 2nd thing is the main elevator is just to small to service all of the traffic, I recommend you to use the 2nd elevator that goes to the garage instead and save on time.
