Tolle Überraschung
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre, tolle Architektur in sehr schöner Umgebung nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Der Service war hervorragend und sehr zuvorkommend. Herzlichen Dank!

So perfect, we didn’t want to leave!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning property, beautifully built. We always stay in this beach and are so happy to have a luxury option available now. It’s truly a little slice of paradise.

Cons:

I’m not sure if the property is intentionally trying to stay away from families with little ones (I would understand! We can be a lot of work!) but there are loads of games around and the property lends itself so well to families.

We were informed clearly ahead of time that there wasn’t a baby cot, however I really do think this should be a staple item for all boutique accommodation providers unless you are labeling yourself as an adults only hotel. Also having a high chair would have been super helpful!

That said- I was SUPER impressed by the staff. We’ve lived in Sri Lanka for 6 years, own and run properties of our own and I can tell you that managing a team that works as well as Niketh’s did is no easy feat. Superb service and attention to detail all around!

Es war einer der schönsten und aussergewöhnlichsten Aufenthalte die wir je hatten
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Meer innerhalb wenigen Schritten ist man an einem wunderschönen und einsamen Strand. Für Surfer ein Traum, da der Surfspot direkt vor der Unterkunft ist.
Das Areal ist einzigartig, sehr gross und ruhig und die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und wunderschön.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und die Inhaber sind so herzlich, wir hatten super tolle Momente mit ihnen.
Obendrauf ist das Essen wirklich unglaublich, es wird sehr gesund gekocht und alles immer frisch zubereitet. Das Sri Lankan Breakfast ist speziell zu erwähnen aber es ist wirklich alles super lecker egal was sie bestellen.
Wir werden irgendwann mit Sicherheit zurückkommen :)

Es gibt an dieser Unterkunft wirklich nichts auszusetzen :)

Ontspanning in de mooiste plek van Sri Lanka
Pros:

De allerbeste plek waar we in Sri Lanka zijn geweest. Ongelofelijk lieve eigenaren die je direct thuis laten voelen, alsof we er al jaren kwamen. Een half uur van Arugam Bay af maar daar zijn we niet meer heen geweest. Er is meer dan genoeg te doen in de Villa zelf. Zwemmen, surfen, er zijn gewichten voor krachttraining, strand tennis rackets, kortom; geweldig.

Ook het eten is super lekker en goed geregeld, de eigenaren spreken super goed engels en daarmee kan je alles goed afstemmen zodat je maximaal kan ontspannen.

Een echte aanrader en zorg dat je deze locatie niet mist!

The best accommodation in Arugambay
Pros:

Probably the best accommodation option in the whole of arugambay. Tastefully furnished with amazing staff and the best food we ever had.

Cons:

Not related to the property but ended up getting food poisoning from eating from a small eatery near the hotel. The food at the hotel was super and I would recommend for everyone to eat at the property rather than from outside as I got food poisoning due to unhygienic conditions of the nearby shops

We had a pleasure of staying a week in this villa. We loved EVERYTHING ❤️
Villa is located in this amazing, beautiful place, right on the beach. You always hear the calming sound of the waves..
Villa was very new and clean, beautiful interior, large comfortable bed. Rooms are cleaned daily.
It is a distant place from the busy and loud city, and that is what we loved. We didnt want to leave this place and go exploring, we just loved BEING there and slowing down.
Our girl enjoyed the swimming pool very day.
I found yoga classes happening just 15min walk on the beach.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. Thank you guys!
We recommend this place 100%.

We were so happy that we have chosen this peaceful place instead of noisy Arugam bay.

A home away from home
Pros:

We loved it. Especially the staff - they are so incredibly sweet, helpful and entertaining. Also the wildlife around - elephants walking along the beach, monkeys in the trees etc.

End of the world and paradise for surfers
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, really kind staff, very good breakfast, long swimming pool and close distance to the surf spot.

Cons:

We had trouble with check-in. The staff didn’t know about our reservation so the beginning of our stay was a little bit unpleasant but all the other provided services made up for this.

great location and beautiful main room overlooking the pool and beach. There was a short walk along the beach to another bay with a nice right handed point break off the rocks.
