Major safety concern
Cons:

The door to the connecting balcony was left completely unlocked when I checked in, so all the surrounding rooms had access to enter my room. As a female that was planning on staying there alone I did not feel safe knowing anyone could have entered and tampered with the room. No generator, the reason for my stay was to stay close to work during a winter storm.

Over all it’s a good place to stay for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The room was clean and a good size. The staff were very friendly and polite. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

It’s not well marked for entrance to hotel or lobby for checking in. The sign for the hotel itself isn’t easily visible while driving and I drove by it the first time. I didn’t notice anything but stairs for getting to the rooms which is inconvenient if you have to carry things into your room or are traveling with small children.

Had to pay another $100 to stay some where else the DAY we were scheduled to arrive. A huge scramble and inconvenience.
Pros:

The room got flooded from above room
So our stay was canceled!

Cons:

Never got to see it

Poor management, potential for a reasonable hotel if managed well.
Cons:

Construction right out or wall, door &widow very loud hammering.
Did not empty our trash cans. Or clean rooms during our day stay or give us clean or dry towels or give us coffee for the machine unless we went down and asked and picked up.

They need to get it together & have attentive staff on duty
Pros:

The beds very comfy

Cons:

The staff was like not on site - if they were they were no where to be found when we needed supplies. We called & waited over 30 minutes after opening hours before we got a response.
Also the plug in air fresheners were extremely strong & covering up something! Spent most of the time with door open for fresh air!

The only thing it offers is a place to sleep, and not in comfortable beds.
Cons:

Beds were hard as a rock, as were the pillows(couldn’t even use them). Beds were NOT queen sized as advertised, they were full sized- makes a big difference when you’re 6’2”. One room was small and dated, the other was larger and updated. Bed frames were metal, so if your heel touched it getting up, it sounded like a gong going off, very loudly. Definitely not worth the money, but as the area was considered “in season” it was the only place we could find that didn’t require a two night stay, and as we were there for a wedding, we only need one night. Believe them when they say there ate NO facilities, barely even a lobby.

Run by children
Pros:

It had the fake fireplace but no cable no desk half the time management in his friggin shorts coming out of his apartment. The lights kept shutting off, and the fuse box kept triggering if you took a shower the timer shut off on you so a lot of AI stuff.

Cons:

Amateur hour and their sister hotel ran my credit card without authorization and now I’m gonna litigate and I’m suing them
