Pros:

Everyone is so nice and always willing to help. I loved the tours they promote, and the food at the restaurant is so delicious. All the places were always clean. Location is perfect and easy to move around.

Cons:

I would have appreciated the inclusion of breakfast or, alternatively, a mini-refrigerator and microwave within the room.
