Totally, this hotel is recommended mainly due to the great location and good breakfast.
Pros:

The room was small but clean. I have traveled a lot but it was such surprising that this hotel was not providing free drinking water in the reception but greatly had coffee free of charge.

Cons:

The room size was small.

A great hotel, centrally located and very comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to Times Square, very clean room, excellent breakfast and very nice friendly staff.

My wife used the fitness centre which was well stocked with equipment etc. The only minor drawback, the AC temp was a little cold for Jan being 68f. Not a lot of space to hang clothes in the hotel room and no extraction fan in the bathroom.

The hotel in general is first class, offers exceptional value for money, offers a great breakfast and complimentary hot drinks in the hotel reception area with cookies.

Please remember to tip staff who clean the room and dining area staff and others who offer good service.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, it had everything we wanted including a Microwave and refrigerator and complimentary coffee in the room.

Cons:

Closet space, warmer AC in fitness centre, no extraction fan in bathroom.

Great stay for the value and location. Staff is excellent!

It was a very pleasant stay overall. The location is fabulous and rooms are small but clean and reasonably comfortable
Pros:

The location provides very easy access to all theaters. We could walk to the theaters. The hotel provides a nice breakfast that is a part of the room cost.

Cons:

The bathroom showers left the floors wet and they were not generous with towels.

Room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
Room had everything we needed including micro and fridge.

First time stay in a smaller place and the staff made us feel very comfortable

Cons:

Wait time for the elevator but it is New York!! lol

Great location and after a hard day running around NYC are a great comfort in the beds
Pros:

Location is great. Fresh cold water and incredible cookies in the lobby

Cons:

The bathrooms are basically too small you can barely close the door when You’re standing in it. Most importantly the shower floor is very very slippery.
