Welcome to our charming flats in the heart of Providencia! We are located in a beautiful French style building where the Hotel Orly used to be. The owners remodeled and made cozy, fully equipped flats for 2-5 people, maintaining the excellence of the service. Our location is unbeatable; you can easily explore on foot an area full of restaurants, shops and businesses. In addition, the Pedro de Valdivia Metro station is just a few steps away, making it easy to get to the center of Santiago and other areas of interest. All our flats have fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning and thermopane windows. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining room, along with a charming interior terrace that you can enjoy in addition to the privacy of your own flat. On the first floor, we also have a washing machine and dryer for the exclusive use of our guests.
If you are coming to Santiago this will be the ideal place for your stay.


*Please note that the daily cleaning service is not included in the rates, but you can request it for an additional cost of 35 dollars. For stays of more than 7 nights, we include a weekly cleaning at no extra charge.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in Orly Suite #51. The location is convenient to many restaurants, shops and attractions in the Providencia area as well as public transportation (bus and subway). We arrived early to drop off our luggage as previously arranged and were pleasantly surprised to find the room ready so we could check in and freshen up before heading out to explore. The friendly clerk thoroughly explained access to and aspects of the facility before offering helpful advice for things to see and do. The sitting area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Two strategically placed mini-split heat pumps quietly kept the temperature just right. The bed was super comfortable with high quality mattress and monogrammed linens. The Wi-Fi signal was strong in every room and Internet performance was excellent. We will not hesitate to return when we visit Santiago again!

The nIcest, most comfortable, most charming place I have ever stayed at

During my lifetime I have stayed at other 5 star properties, one in New York City and one in Amelia Island, in Florida. The Florida one was for work and it was a Ritz Carlton Hotel. However, no other property can surpass the Orly Suites. It is a historic site, in a charming building, in which Ana María, Lázaro, and Iván provide FIVE STAR service. Their attention to detail is superb. The apartment itself is lovely, and no detail was forgotten. I bought some takeout food and needed salt. The impeccable kitchen had it, of course. Anything you can think of, they have it, or can get it for you. Then there is the lovely library, living room and dining area. A solarium that could be anywhere in Paris and at outdoor tiny garden with an avocado tree. The 3 staff members go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable. I wish I could return every month, every week! There are no words to express how wonderful my stay was. They even keep coffee, tea and water in the living room/lobby area and in your apartment.

Cons:

There isn't a SINGLE thing to criticize. My whole stay was PERFECTION!

Очень комфортное проживание, очень чисто, на кухне есть все необходимое для готовки, много места для вещей. Наши апартаменты выглядели лучше, чем на фото. Очень приветливые и внимательные сотрудники. Отель расположен в безопасном районе, метро в 5 минутах ходьбы, рядом много ресторанов и баров на любой вкус, 15 минут пешком до большого торгового центра, ближе есть супермаркет с хорошими ценами на продукты. За 7 долларов можно постирать и высушить свои вещи.

Cons:

В пятницу вечером может быть слышно шум из бара на соседней улице.

Confort y buen servicio

Nos hemos alojado varias veces desde hace años y seguimos sintiéndonos muy cómodos y bien atendidos; sólo extrañaremos por siempre los exquisitos desayunos que servían cuando era Hotel Orly.

Deseamos expresar especiales agradecimientos al señor Iván Menéndez, por ayudarnos a conseguir de manera ágil movilización al aeropuerto, ya que el servicio que contratamos tuvo un inconveniente y no llegó a tiempo a buscarnos.
