Important information:

• The name on the credit card used for booking must match the guest's name. For third-party bookings, please contact the property directly.
• To prevent no-shows and fraudulent reservations, the validity of the credit card will be checked. A pre-authorization will be done using the credit card information provided during the reservation, and the charged amount will be canceled after the validity check.
• A deposit may be required upon check-in and will be fully refunded upon check-out. However, charges may apply for paid services and damages to the property.
• Executive rooms include club floor benefits, and the club lounge is accessible for guests aged 16 and above.
• The fitness center, sauna, and indoor swimming pool are regularly closed on the first Tuesday of every month, as well as on Lunar New Year’s Day and Chuseok Day.
• If you book a room with breakfast included, breakfast will be provided for up to 2 adult guests. Additional guests and children will be charged for breakfast at check-in.
• All guests are required to use the valet service, which costs 30,000 KRW.
Complimentary valet service may be available depending on your credit card benefits. Please check the details with your credit card issuer.
• Starting December 10, 2024, the hotel has been rebranded as "Grand Mercure Imperial Palace Seoul," and existing reservations will remain unchanged.

Номер был великолепный. Мы жили в семейном номере супруг, я и двое детей. Было очееень просторно, очеень чисто.
У нас в номере была стиральная машина, сушильная шкаф. Это было очень очень удобно. Я в восторге

Завтраки вкусные , апгрейдить сделали на классный номер ( чистый , свежий , шикарный )
Pros:

Изначально предоставили ужасный номер , но в результате апгрейда ( дважды ), номер был заменен на потрясающий , видимо только после ремонта .

Cons:

В первом представленном было грязно , и пахло сигаретами .

Pros:

The entire staff was excellent. I came to have plastic surgery and Gangnam. The location was perfect. The amenities were outstanding. The food was perfect. Plenty of things to do around although I couldn’t do much because I was healing highly recommend staying here.

임피리얼 팰리스 호텔동 객실에서 1박 했습니다. 객실은 클래식하면서도 깔끔하게 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 침구가 편안해서 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 방음도 좋아 조용히 쉴 수 있었던 점이 만족스러웠습니다.

호텔 로비와 내부는 고급스럽고 웅장한 분위기라 머무는 내내 특별한 기분이 들었고, 조식 역시 종류가 다양하고 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 직원분들의 서비스도 친절하고 세심해서 전반적으로 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었습니다.

짧은 일정이었지만 충분히 힐링할 수 있었고, 다음에는 더 오래 머물고 싶습니다. 재방문 의사 확실히 있습니다.

친구 커플이랑 두 객실 예약해서 같이 투숙했는데 너무너무 편하게 투숙했습니다.
로비 직원들이 매우 친절했고 입구부터 컨시어지 직원들이 밝은 미소로 반겨주며 짐 까지 먼저 들어주시고 프론트로 안내해주셨어요! 프론트 직원분들도 저희가 보이자마자 다들 일어나서 인사해주시는 모습에 환대 받는 기분이 들었습니다.
절차도 너무나 깔끔하게 진행해주시고 객실도 엔틱한 분위기가 있어서 서울 강남 한복판에서는 보지 못 한 분위기로 고급스럽게 되어 있어요!! 침대는 말할 수 없을 정도로 너무나 편안해서 푹 잤어요~~ :)
부대시설도 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있어서 잘 즐겼습니다ㅎㅎ 다음번에 또 올게요!!

There were some highlights, but several issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
Pros:

We especially enjoyed the residence section located on the 7th floor—it was comfortable and well-appointed

Cons:

The front desk staff wasn’t particularly friendly, and our initial room on the 23rd floor—a two-level suite—had a non-functional shower. That room really needs a clear explanation before assigning it to guests, as it may not be suitable for everyone. It had an unpleasant odor and didn’t feel right overall.
