Important information:

• The name on the credit card used for booking must match the guest's name. For third-party bookings, please contact the property directly.
• To prevent no-shows and fraudulent reservations, the validity of the credit card will be checked. A pre-authorization will be done using the credit card information provided during the reservation, and the charged amount will be canceled after the validity check.
• A deposit may be required upon check-in and will be fully refunded upon check-out. However, charges may apply for paid services and damages to the property.
• Executive rooms include club floor benefits, and the club lounge is accessible for guests aged 16 and above.
• The fitness center, sauna, and indoor swimming pool are regularly closed on the first Tuesday of every month, as well as on Lunar New Year’s Day and Chuseok Day.
• If you book a room with breakfast included, breakfast will be provided for up to 2 adult guests. Additional guests and children will be charged for breakfast at check-in.
• All guests are required to use the valet service, which costs 30,000 KRW.

ゴージャスホテル式コンドミニアムで快適！江南に用事がある場合は、またここに泊まる！
Pros:

クラシカルな素敵なロビー、コンドミニアムタイプでありながら、ホテルの快適さ、スタッフのサービスがすぐに受けられるところ。1BRキッチン、リビング、洗濯機、電子レンジ、コンロもあり、暮らすように滞在できた。
特に洗濯機はほ～～～んと便利！２時間半以内に乾燥まで終わる。

日本語ができる女性スタッフさんがとても優しく、すぐに応対してくださり心強かった。

仁川空港からの空港バス停は目の前だけど、ぐるっと回られるので時間がかかる（要注意）
歩いて５分以内にセブンイレブン、海鮮料理、韓国焼肉、スタバ、飲食店があり便利。
江南は道も広く人も少ないので、ソウルの中では快適なエリアだと思う。
駅からは７～８分歩くが、バス停が近いので移動は問題ないし、また是非利用したい。

Cons:

3人で泊まったのに、キッチンのカップ、コーヒーのポーションが２人分しかなく初日は不便したが、メモを書いておいたら３人分用意してくれた。シャワーの排水は少し気を遣わないと外にあふれる。
トイレがすりガラスなのはデザイン優先なので仕方がないのかもしないが…ちょっと不便だった。今回は家族とだったので問題なかったけれど、友人同士ならかなり気を遣うかも。
部屋にある韓国ならではのLG製衣服消臭マシーン？がメンテが悪いせいか使えなかったのが残念・・・。
（フィルターを掃除してのメッセージが出るが、フィルターがどこだかわからなかった。体験してみたかったのに～～残念。）

A magnificent, luxury and beautiful hotel with large high-end apartments with all the comfort
Pros:

The hotel and the rooms were truly beautiful. It felt like staying in a palace. The service and the team were very kind and helpful. The apartment was large and very comfortable, and the kitchen was very good. There was even a washing maching in the room. A high-class hotel-

Cons:

The street was noisy; The air condition was still on heating so we could not cool the room; the location was a little far from many attractions in Seoul, but it is a huge city, and we were happy that there was a metro station (number 7) very close by. There was a shuttle to the airport stopping practically near the hotel entrance which also compensated for this.

Finalement déçue pour un tel prix

La taille de la chambre et le personnel.

Cons:

Jai change 3 fois de chambre pour : vitres cassées ne se refermant pas, chambre secondaire plus petite et bruyante et la dernière avait une clim tres bruyants toute la nuit. J'ai renoncé a demander une autre chambre de peur de découvrir un autre vice caché et ai opte pour des boules quies. Autre point, les escaliers de secours ne communiquent pas facilement avec le rez de chaussée et arriver a la salle de sport est un labirynthe de descente et de remontee tres eteange. si le personnel est serviable, la totalité de la prestation ne me semble pas a la hauteur de la réputation et surtout du prix.
