Pros:

Small but very clean and functional. Very good location.

Cons:

Corridors a bit echoey so guests coming and going at night appeared quite noisy.

Cramped and very clean
Pros:

It is very clean and your front of house was very good. The towels are good, the water bottle offering kind and the shower worked so all good. Its always difficult to get the soap out of those dispensers but at least there are two available so one will work if the other doesnt.

Cons:

I am 6 foot tall. I had to be very careful in the bathroom and toilet areas if I needed to get anything off the floor for fear that I would break my teeth on the porcelaine. There was no room for a table. It was tricky to make a cup of tea let alone put the cup down - you have simply cut too much space. This was my second stay so I had an idea of proportions but being down in the basement in even less space was not good. There is no where to put your clothes so best to leave them in your suitcase - which I used as something to lean on my the bed! I saw a couple coming in with two large suit cases and almost said they would need another room to store their bags - better still have a room each!

Pros:

Early checkin, room made available at 13:00 instead of 15:00 at no extra cost which is greate.

It was cheap however the pictures on booking.com are not what you get on arrival.

20 Min walk to Euston Station
5 Min walk to nearest tube station

All the chain fastfoods in walking distance

Easy to get into the center of London via tube.

Cons:

I was asked to pay a £25 “refundable deposit” at check-in, which was not clearly disclosed anywhere during the booking process.

This immediately raised concerns, as it felt unexpected and unprofessional. I paid it assuming it would be returned promptly; however, as of now, the money has still not been refunded to my card.

The rooms are tiny, more like box rooms, with a very small bathroom.

Low-quality toilet paper and towels, etc.

No hair dryer.
No iron.
No ironing board.
Single bed.

Basement room by the main road. The windows were not UPVC and had a massive draught, with a lot of noise coming through.

The room is very small but we knew this so didn’t bother. us -beware anyone the larger size!

Small room but the location was excellent
Pros:

The location is excellent - slightly off the main road, you can still hear the sounds of the city but muted. Check in and check out were easy.

Cons:

The room was very small - for two people, it could possibly work but there was absolutely no space to place our suitcase. We only had one large bag which made things easier, but there were no shelves, just a small table with a chair, a bed, two bedside tables.

The room was dirty. The floor was vacuumed and the bed was made, the surfaces wiped clean but you knew the cleaning was superficial. We looked behind the TV in the corner to plug in an HDMI cable - it was covered in a thick layer of dust. It was not a dealbreaker, funnily, but we had to keep the AC on so I can only imagine what a person with allergies would feel in that room.

I would not book the room again because of its size.
