Access cannot get better than this location, the dinosaurs are guarding the property.

Cool new option in front of Fukui station, gym and downstairs yokocho a bonus
Pros:

There's been a lot of investment in Fukui as 'dinosaur town' and it's strategically located between Kanazawa and Kyoto on the new Hokuriku Shinkansen. The Courtyard is right in front of the station, cheap (£75/night for a 25m room), stylish, with a nice lounge bar, the usual great Japanese service, and a good upmarket food court next door. Hotel guests can use the Central Gym in the same building (inc pool and sento) for ¥1400. Lots of good eating to be had nearby. I wouldn't come to Fukui just to stay here, but if you have other reasons to visit, it's undoubtedly the best place in town, and a bit of a steal

Pros:

福井駅の目の前でほとんど雨に濡れることなくホテルに着けました。

トイレと洗面所、バスルームの仕切りがないので、朝の身支度する時に不便だった

very enjoyable
Pros:

The location is excellent, a 3-minute walk from the JR station which connects to a new shopping centre with a selection of restaurants and souvenir shops.
The hotel itself has got 2 exclusive restaurants (Japanese and Western food) as well as a relaxing lounge for bar service.

Cons:

Couldn't think of anything we didn't like.
