Very pleasant and relaxing stay
Pros:

Room was big and bright, bed very comfy, bathroom exceptional, breakfast very good, nice views over the ocean and the beach. All staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Comfortable city hotel with poor service for ordinary people
Pros:

Clean, comfortable hotel in a fairly good, but windy location in Praia. Nice rooms with good beds. Generous breakfast. Refreshing saltwater pool with comfortable loungers.

Cons:

We spent a total of 10 nights at this hotel during our three-week trip to Cape Verde (only one night booked through booking.com).
We checked in three times, but never received the complimentary sparkling wine at reception. We booked a deluxe room with a sea view and balcony twice, the first time for four nights and the second time for five nights. Both times, we were initially given a shaded room on the ground floor with a terrace, which was not shown in the photos on either the hotel's website or on booking.com. Only after considerable effort were we able to get a room on the first floor the following day, as pictured in the booking.
The hotel staff is incompetent and poorly trained for this category, not particularly friendly, and sometimes arrogant (with very few genuinely nice exceptions...). Tourists aren't very important to them; after all, we're in the embassy district of the capital...

Chambre et hôtel très propre
Chambre vue sur mer très appréciable. Dormir avec le bruit des vagues était très agréable
Personnel très professionnels aimables et souriants
Belle piscine (nous n’avons pas pu profiter à cause du vent) possibilité de se faire masser
Possibilité d’avoir un transfert pour l’hôtel ou pour l’aéroport moyennant 20€
Restaurant de l’hôtel très sympathique et bon (vous pouvez déjeuner et dîner à différentes heures)
Bon petit déjeuner

A sziget legjobb szállodája, de túl drága. Ezzel együtt csak ezt ajánlanám.

Elhelyezkedés, személyzet

Cons:

Takarításkor nem pótolják az elfogyott dolgokat (papucs, fogmosó szett, kávé kapszulák), csak ha szólunk. Az étterem nagyon drága.
