Disappointing!
Pros:

Walking distance to downtown Davao. Near to restaurants and convenient stores

Cons:

The bed sheet was really dirty. There was so plenty of hair on the bedsheets. I believed they didn't change for the new guest.

The shower is so hot! I tried to turn it to warm but to no avail.

Beautiful hotel. Quite place inside the city, only problem the television is not working.
Pros:

Two nights only the problem. Television is not working. Internet cannot open the You tube. So two days no TV. Somebody to see but no result.

Cons:

The key card didnt work one time when i came back to the hotel and i was in the 4th floor so i had to come back down to complain coz i couldnt go inside the room, i went down and the staff said its already okay, i went back up to 4th floor and still didnt work. I was already really tired that day. I went back down again to complain because i couldnt enter. I didnt want to go back to 4th floor again unless they fixed it because i was already really tired. They fixed it after.
