Great location. Love the roof top area.
The rooms are very small. Smaller than they seemed from photos. Lugging the luggage up the stairs was rough. Just know before you go about that.

Au lieu de le composer avec beaucoup d'ingrédients, il vaut mieux en enlever et intégrer des ingrédients de qualité.

Insonorizzazione completamente assente, si sentivano tutti i rumori del traffico che venivano da fuori e dai vicini, è impossibile dormire senza tappi. La colazione viene portata in camera con una bag, è sempre uguale e la qualità veramente molto bassa. Per il transfer dall'aereoporto all'hotel ci hanno chiesto 40 dollari, che è una follia considerando che con un Uber se ne spendono neanche 5.
In generale, considerando il prezzo non bassissimo, non mi sento di consigliare questo hotel.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, eine gute Lage und eine saubere Unterkunft. Besonders positiv war, dass auf unseren Wunsch nach einem Late Check-out eingegangen wurde, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss lag zwischen Waschküche und Rezeption (2m neben der Rezeption entfernt), wodurch es sehr hellhörig war.
Das Frühstück war für diese Preiskategorie enttäuschend. Einfache Auswahl und Vorauswahl am Vorabend etwas umständlich. Auch der Schlafkomfort liess durch durch zu weiche Matratzen (eher Hängematte) zu wünschen übrig.
Zudem funktionierte die iPad-Steuerung nicht zuverlässig, und das Zimmer war trotz heruntergeregelter Heizung zu heiss, meist. 26 Grad.
Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen, da es in dieser Preisklasse bessere Alternativen gibt.
Me encantó la ubicación, a pocos metros bajando la calle ya estaba el Canal de Beagle, el puerto y la oficina turística de información. La calle san Martín a una cuadra, donde conseguí lugares para comer y comprar lo que necesite. Y justo al frente del hotel está el museo del presidido. El desayuno sin gluten está bien completo me gustó! En el rooftop las vistas son increíbles y cuentan con un domo donde podes descansar y tirarte en unos sillones disfrutando algo caliente, tienen disponible una máquina para que te sirvas chocolate, café, lo que gustes 😊 es un lindo detalle que te reconforta cuando llegas de alguna excursión y con frío. Las instalaciones son bien modernas, todo nuevo! Buena presión del agua, calefacción 10/10, en la habitación tienen losa radiante y podes andar hasta descalzo del calor que hace.
La vista desde mí habitación era bastante limitada, (204) y al reservar no sabía que la habitación y baño estarían arriba subiendo en escaleras.. a veces estaba cansada y renegaba de eso. En la habitación no cuentan con veladores cómo para leer por ejemplo, sino que es una luz fuertísima arriba que da hacia toda la habitación o sino una luz led que recubre todo el espaldar de la cama ( luz de color) pero que no alumbra nada, es más a modo de decoración. A modo de sugerencia sumaría un espejo más grande o uno más en la planta baja, cosa que uno esté por salir de su depto y pueda volver a verse antes y no tener que nuevamente subir para verse en el espejo del placar en la habitación 😁.

Street noise. On the fourth floor, the noise coming from the street below is as though all the windows are open. Being on a corner and a hill seems to attract all the loud exhaust vehicles.

на краю света попали в очень уютный и современный отель. не ожидали что номер будет двухуровневым! Очень хорошее содержание кухни. отличный интернет. Замечательный вид из окна - на пристань - это приятный бонус! Завтраки подают в номер, нужно выбрать из нескольких вариантов. Комплимент от отеля - бутылка Мальбека, очень приятно!
