State alla larga!
Pros:

Il personale di sala molto bravo e preparato, la colazione buona e varia

Cons:

Per il resto terribile…. Struttura datata e non certo all’altezza di un quattro stelle.
Per un guasto non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per due sere di fila e NESSUNO si è preoccupato di informarci previamente o vi provare a mitigare almeno in parte il disagio. Capisco che i guasti possano accadere, ma c’è modo e modo di gestirli e di approcciare la clientela!!

Relax,coccole in riva al lago
Pros:

La posizione di fronte al lago, camera spaziosa, ottima colazione e ottima cena, personale dell' albergo e del ristorante molto gentili e disponibili

Cons:

Faceva un po' freddo, il nostro bagno non aveva riscaldamento quando ho richiesto uno scaldabagno almeno per poter fare la doccia, mi sono state dati 2 accappatoi . Lungo il lago davanti all albergo tutte le strutture erano chiuse, se non rimanevo in albergo ero costretto a prendere l'auto e andare in paese.

Vista sul lago, relax e colazione imperdibile
Pros:

Una struttura dorata di tutti i comfort, la splendida vista sul lago, la colazione ricchissima, con dolci deliziosi preparati a mano. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Siamo stati bene e ci siamo rilassati, torneremo.

Esperienza negativa , rimasti al freddo e senza acqua calda
Pros:

Camera inadeguata , riscaldamento non presente nella camera e nel bagno… solo un piccolo condizionatore che dovrebbe riscaldare tutto con pochi risultati . L’acqua calda è mancata dal pomeriggio fino alla mattina dopo con il risultato di fare una doccia completamente ghiacciata. Phone attaccato al muro , camera insufficiente . Alla fine dopo tutti i disagi non volevano manco fare lo sconto , era da non pagarla per intera la camera . Brutta esperienza .

Cons:

Struttura non ristrutturata , riscaldamento non presente , problemi con acqua calda , non è un 4 stelle ma un 3 stelle . Necessita ristrutturazione immediata se pretendono quella cifra .

Ho un'auto elettrica. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è dotato di colonnine di ricarica ma purtroppo non sono riusciti a far accettare il mio account ed ho dovuto ricaricare da una colonnina in paese.

Wir kammen in diesem Hotel.. und haben unser Zimmer bekommen. !! Als wir rein kammen war die ganze Toilette voll geschi...... das Zimmer war über der Müllstation... Wir haben dann das Zimmer gewechselt.!! Das neue Zimmer war ok.. !! Plus punkt die Aussicht... aber die Dusche war kaputt.. Das zimmermädchen lässt zu wünschen übrig.. wir hatten keine Handtücher.. Der Balkon und Tisch wurde nicht gesäubert.. Aschenbecher wurde voll da stehen gelassen...Das essen war ok.. aber das silvster Menü plus Musik war eine absolute Frechheit.. dafür 100€ pro Person zu verlangen... Die Dame die gesungen hat...Hat nicht ein Ton getroffen... das essen war groten schlecht... und dazu hat man uns noch direkt vor die schlecht singende Dame gehockt... Die auch noch während ihres Auftrittes gegessen hat. !!! Dem is nichts mehr hinzuzufügen... absoult keine 4 Sterne.. wert.. das eiziege was freundlich war, war das Personal... also wir kommen sicher kein 2 mal

La vue depuis la chambre 305 le personnels du restaurant et du petit déjeuner qui était vraiment adorable et sympathique le repas super bon merci
