Pros:

A new hotel which is super modern, clean and with great amenities. The pool is beautiful and very nice. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. We stayed at one of the apartments which was super nice, very comfortable in every way and very clean. The views are very nice as well. The spa is very good as well. We had dinner at the Snowbird restaurant which was good. The hotel is located next to the lifts. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very helpful or friendly and some not really polite l. They were very uninterested in the guests, and seemed to be bothered by any questions. They didn’t provide any kind of information about the hotel or the area and simply gave us the key to our room at check in. For a hotel at this level and this price one would expect a better costumer service, friendlier and more helpful staff. It’s a shame that such a beautiful and nice hotel does not have a better costumer service. Definitely something that the management needs to address with their front desk staff otherwise they will be losing costumers very quickly.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

I had an amazing stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and I really appreciated that you could choose your preferred pillow experience free of charge. The only downsides were that parking came at an additional cost and the staff were not always as friendly as I would have expected. Also, they should be more attentive about who enters the sauna area, as it’s supposed to be for guests aged 15 and above, but I often saw children there, which shouldn’t happen. Overall though, the views and entertainment were fantastic!

Pros:

Beautiful landscape, new nice hotel - however, dont expect any additional service: management is missing, staff lacking training and definitely not familiar with 5-star service (being on whatsapp instead of cleaning up, no greeting, unmotivated check-in, no effort when it comes to any special needs).

Fantastic place
Pros:

I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views.

Pros:

Beautiful resort in a beautiful nature! Very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, great views. Will definitely return.
