Pros:

Egyszerűen minden tetszett,tökéletes szálláshely!! Ha legközelebb Budapesten járok, csak ide foglalok.
Elhelyezkedés kiváló,villamos és vonat megálló 2-5 perc sétára.
Boltok, gyógyszertár is pár perc séta.

Tisztaság,személyzet rugalmassága.
Kétféle reggeli lehetőség közül lehet választani, svédasztalos reggeli a Hotel Karinban vagy a szobaajtó ellé szállítják a reggeli csomagot. Nem szálltam még meg olyan szállodába, ahol két lehetőséget biztosítottak volna a reggelivel kapcsolatban, tökéletes! Ár érték arányban megfelelő!

Pros:

A szálláshelyen nincs személyzet. Online végzik a bejelentkezést, e-mailben, ami számomra teljesen zökkenőmentesen zajlott. Bejelentkezéskor küldenek egy rendkívül részletes tájékoztatót,melyben szerepel a 24 órában hívható telefonszám.
Nagyon odafigyelnek a vendégekre, alig lehet érezni a recepció hiányát!

Accogliente e calda la location, gentile il personale ( soprattutto la sig.ra vietnamita)

Cons:

La colazione non era in loco ma a 2,5km d distanza oppure ti portavano il cestino.
La TV aveva la spina staccata perché in realtà era rotta.
Un giorno si sono scordati le pulizie.
Tutto al limite: 1 solo rotolo carta igienica; neanche un bicchiere; 2 soli teli bagno: nessun' altra asciugamano.

Pros:

The staff was great. They helped us with everything we needed.

Cons:

I just want to tell the villa that it is not very good not to advertise the other rooms. We paid for room, hoping to get some room from the pictures. We got a very small room with bathroom and wardrobe. It was nice and cleaned every day, but add the pictures of those rooms also, because someone will think that this is false advertising.
