Horrible...
Pros:

The location to the highway was nice.

Cons:

We booked a king room and when we got to the property the hotel was only about 25% full by looking at the cars in the parking lot and they told us that we were getting their last king room and when we got to the room it was two full beds. The entire room smelled like mold, the blankets had holes in them the bathroom was disgusting.

Definitely Improved!
Pros:

This hotel has in the past had a bad name but the Manager and her family are making all the right moves and cleaning it up! The rooms have been updated and they are fixing any issues that the past workers either didn’t fix or halfway fixed. The beds are comfortable and having a fridge and microwave was a definite help. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful also.

Cat in our room when I opened door after getting the key card. Furniture was busted or falling apart. Moldy dirty bathroom. Sheets on bed were filthy. Floor was dirty. Curtains were broken. Main door had 2 locks and the door wasn’t flushed with the frame.

I talk to the manager about the problems.
Cons:

No top sheet,popcorn in the other bed and the sheets looked dirty. Toilet was clean. There was a yellow substance on it.

Needed a safe, clean place to sleep for the night and found it at Motel 6
Pros:

Bedding was nice/clean/comfortable, towels were available. Residents/guests talked outside on the porches in the evening but all became very quiet by 10:30 pm, which is very respectful,. Met some of the guests/tenants and all very kind, animal lovers. Had a microwave and fridge to store milk. Manager, Inder was very kind, friendly came to the office right away which is very different (better) than many hotels/motels.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I would like more than the good night sleep that I got.

Bathtub was filthy. Floors disgusting. There was NO SECURITY DEVICE ON THE DOOR. We needed an extension cord for the light. Advertisement said coffee. There wasn’t any

by feral cats. This place was gross. It appears to be a homeless shelter and drug house by the looks of it. I was too scared to go in to ask for a refund. Booking.com has requested one and they refuse to answer. I will be contacting BBB

Very unsettling with how dirty the room was - couldn't wait to get home to have a shower!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Good locations with lots near by.

Cons:

The room was horrible - dirty, dusty, and gross. The bathroom was terrible - ceiling falling down, holes in the wall in the shower, mold on the ceiling....
The door did not have a deadbolt. Trim was falling off, wires were exposed.....
Very minimal supplies in the room - no kleenex, etc.

Not worth it
Pros:

The room had a strong urine odor that wouldn't go away. The room was substsndard for a Motel 6. Crack under the door not only let light through, but also bugs. Not recommended.

Pros:

The new owners only owned 1 month so far. The staff was nice, helpful. We stayed here until the Airbnb was ready. Felt safe cuz the FBI and Police were in parking lot all nite and day dealing with a guest. Either old guest trying to get rid of but. Not my issue. Got woke up by them smashing into a hotel room lock box to get stuff out w sledgehammer. Just lots of sketchy peeps in other side of hotel. Saw lots of cops, fire dept, and ambulance. The room was close to office and had smell of cigarettes in room heavy. They offered to change rooms for us. But we needed level 1 room and was short stay. The room was basic. And great for one nite. The only room issue was the padded fluffy toilet seat cushion and the outlets didn’t work properly. Oh no smoke detector either.
