I understand it’s budget but will never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Cons:

The room description and pictures were nothing like the website. Original room was not what was booked and as at different property and then I had difficulty getting the room that was originally booked. On the first night got a knock on the door at 10:30pm from staff checking on Breakfast order even though I had already told them twice it was not required. Pool was nothing like what was described and came with a pair of dirty underwear lying on the ground.

Bed bugs and dirty
Pros:

The hotel is close to the beach. Also, there are great cafes and restaurants close by.

Cons:

When entering the room, we immediately noticed, that the walls and the shields/night stand where dirty. There were little bugs crawling all over the outlets, bed sheets and pillows. We asked to get a different room but this one had the same issue (bed bugs even).
After waking up the next morning (terrible sleep, it was also loud all night long) we were itchy all over our skin.
We approached the front desk about a refund for at least the second night (communication only via Google translate) they told us we can get a second round of room cleaning (this was after the house cleaning team went through the room again on that day and basically only made the bed, there was still dirt and stains everywhere).
We were told there would be no refunds again. After this terrible experience we left for another hotel.
Also, we noticed that there was a sign at the front desk that if people leave a five star review they get a room upgrade, hence the overall rating.
Better stay away from here and book a nice hotel!

Pros:

Location was good. Room is clean.

Cons:

Shower and sink did not drain well. The shower drain is so slow it floods the bathroom floor and using the bathroom, hours afterward, it's not pleasant to wade through.
The sound through the hallways are amplified through the room. It was hard to rest/sleep with other guests walking and (kids) screaming in the hallway & the sound echoing throughout the room.

Great location, comfortable, luxurious. Clean, free water and coffee, Netflix. Close to the beach and action but on a quieter street.

Cons:

Shower drain was clogged.
