Breakfast was good, Service staff namely mhd irshad and mhd shajibul were outstanding. Always willing to assist

الغرفة جداً نظيفة وبها جميع مستلزمات العناية الشخصية وفسيحة مراتب السرير جداً مريحة خاصة أنني مريضة إنزلاق غضروف ويجب ان تكون المراتب ممتازة وهي كذلك. وكذلك الوسادات وتعامل الموظفين وحاملين الحقائب على مستوى عالي من الأخلاق ،وايضاً توفر الباصات على مدار الساعه
أسوء شيء في الفندق والذي اتمنى ان يجد الفندق حل لذلك وهو وجود مرتفع جبلي للدخول للفندق وهذا سبب لي مشكلة في القدم والظهر حيث أن هذا الإرتفاع لايناسب ابداً كبار السن ومن لديه مشكلة في الركبة او الظهر وثانياً المطعم جداً سيء سيئ في مستوى النظافة والأصناف المقدمة وعدم جودة الأصناف وسوء طعمها والديكور سيئ جداً والموظفين قذرين في أسلوب تعاملهم مع الأطعمة وكذلك ملابسهم فقد رأيت احد الموظفين يضع المربى على التوست بيده بدون استعمال ملعقة او شوكة منظر مقرف وكذلك أدوات المائدة قذره وأنواع غير معروفة من أطباق الطعام…ارجوا تغيير جميع موظفين المطعم والديكور والإهتمام بالنظافة
Everything was amazing.Location and hotel rooms were good and well maintained. Room service staff was exceptional especially Mr bilal Ud Din and Hassan Ali.

I’d recommend you sit down for this part of the review:
Lack of response time to additional paid services (had to call reception twice so they can provide the extra beds we paid for, they first turned up with 1 bed, I paid for 2 and then came back with the 2nd bed? How could they mess this up when I paid for 2 when checking in?), no reply to constant WiFi issues (called 3 times was told someone would come, no one did over the 4 days), no reply to issue with air con (wasn’t working on 2 nights was told someone would come, no one did) , when we arrived at the hotel our suitcases were taken to a separate area outside and then delivered to our room when we checked in only that 1 of the cases went missing? ( this was later discovered after I went downstairs in a different area to where they were left) misinformation from multiple staff regarding meal included within reservation (breakfast should have been included) was made to wait at reception for multiple hours during my stay as I was being told I need to pay again? (One of these moments coincided whilst I was supposed to break my fast during Ramadan and wasn’t offered anything to eat as courtesy), long wait for check in (1 hour to check in?) , food variety for breakfast (repetitive meals and tasteless), staff friendless/welcome in restaurant was terrible (hadn’t finished my meal and the food was already being cleared away from my table without asking me, no courtesy), clearly a lack of organisation and understanding within the staff at the hotel was evident and this affected my experience, stayed in multiple hotels over past few years and this was easily the WORST stay I have experienced, this was the first Umrah trip for my family and we had 2 rooms it’s simply unacceptable how a hotel can run their business in this way and treat their customers in such a manner, this place isn’t cheap either so save your money and stay elsewhere.
