Eh. It’s ok.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Shuttle was abysmal. They really don’t have a shuttle. It’s runs 3 times a day and if you miss it you are effectively stranded. My child wet their ski pants and gear waiting for a shuttle that came and left and never turned back despite calls and requests to. If you to get anywhere bring a car and pay the $20 for parking in an outdoor ordinary hotel lot which was also a raw cash grab.

Had to rent a car just to get from EGE airport. Was a little disappointed that we had to pay the high rate for parking but understand.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location was very convenient. Breakfast was fine. The scenery was stunning.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was some sort of soccer tournament happening close by. The hotel was overrun with children. We were unable to use any of the outside amenities. There were kids in the pool, hot tub and outside area every day and evening. I was disappointed to find at check out that I was charged $10 a day for parking. I have never been charged for parking at a hotel.

Comforting, modern, clean, exceptional
Pros:

We’ve stayed at many hotels between Edwards, Vail and Avon due to medical related trips to the area . We have now stayed at SpringHill twice and it’s time to tell others : this place is wonderful. I LOVE the rooms , incredibly clean and well done, and so comfortable. The staff is impeccable, the breakfast and lobby will start you day right.

Cons:

I was put in the first room and I was trying to take a nap before working on the night shift but I couldn’t. Doors were slamming, people yelling and talking loud, and dogs were barking.

This was not a relaxing stay because of the lack of sleep from the noise. Everything else was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We liked the selection and the change of menus. The staff was very good, however, we did not like them hovering while we got our food.

Cons:

Our room was practically in the lobby. And, the noise (slamming of doors) was horrible. There was some during the night but it got very bad at 3am. It happened every few minutes. We think it was the staff-emptying waste, the laundry, or just their staff room.
