The only thing I didn’t like about the property, is the location of their toilet which is not too private for us as Africans. A glass toilet within the room, even though it isn’t transparent but you could see the shadow image of someone inside.

They called me on the same day to cancel my booking. Then after Booking.com called them, they reinstated it. I wasn't happy.
The hotel is compact. The rooms are small and whoever came with the idea that the bathroom walls need to be stained glass is so wrong.
There's a nespresso coffee maker but they put 2 decaf pods. When I went to reception to ask for a non decaf pod the receptionist said that he didn't know how to get it and in any case I had to pay for one. Finally he found one in his drawer and gave it to me free of charge 🙄.

The distance to various places

Rude staff upon arrival. Rude staff during the visit, especially when asking questions.

They never cleaned our room or checked if we had enough soap or toilet roll,, we stayed two nights.

It was dusty in areas where they think you will not notice.
The bathroom door does not close, so you have to do your business with the door open. Even worse, the doors are of glass, so ZERO PRIVACY. Our friends said the same, you cannot close or lock the bathroom door.

The bathroom was not so clean, there were some small stains on the toilet seat

Bathroom was way too small and also check out is at 11am which is extremely shocking

Coffee machine in room was broken, no milk, rooms don't get made up every day.

The Aircon wasn't working to cool the room and the windows are sealed. It was cool outside, but the temperature inside was between 21.5 and 22c for my two nights with no ventilation effect, with the display showing a target of 19c, (centrally controlled) which would have been comfortable for sleeping had it been at that kevel. I complained twice the first evening, when I arrived. The very helpful receptionist tried to have it reset, but it didn't work. I complained again the following morning. There was a promise that a maintenance person would look at it during the day, but it wasn't fixed. The end result - 2 sleepless nights. Not.good.enough. the basic reason for most people renting a hotel room is to get a good night's sleep. This ruined what otherwise might have been a pleasant stay.
