Pros:

La camera si è presentata ampia e sufficientemente pulita, piuttosto basica però per essere un 4 stelle, soprattutto la dotazione nel bagno, molto scarna.
Hall e parti comuni molto belle.
Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, i piatti sono stati buoni ma ho trovato la pulizia un po' carente (tovaglia e bicchieri un po' sporchini). I prezzi sono medio-alti ma fortunatamente abbiamo usufruito dello conto di TheFork. La colazione è la vera spina nel fianco, assolutamente non al livello di un 4 stelle, come del resto è opinione comune. Devo però dire che il prezzo pagato su Expedia per camera e colazione è veramente competitivo, pertanto sono comunque soddisfatta. Con grande rammarico non ho usufruito della spa che dalle foto sembra molto bella.. Magari una prossima volta..Molto gentile il personale della reception.

Pros:

Very spartan 1960's room. No hot water after letting the tap run for 15mins. Breakfast....I have had better breakfasts at an Ibis Hotel who are noted for minimalist servings. No TV with any form of English. Not even Bloombergs which is a TV standard. Young lady on the reception was very efficient, friendly and courteous. This is a 2-3 star hotel not a 4 star.

Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel located in Lucera and close to the charming town of Pietra Montecorvino ( a real hidden gem). Spacious rooms with beautiful views. Staff was accommodating and the breakfast was excellent with sweet and savory options.

Soddisfatto.
Pros:

Struttura moderna dotata di ristorante interno (ottimo) e parcheggio interno.
Soggiorno di lavoro. Unico appunto, se si puo' chiamare in questi termini, non avere il cappuccino fatto a dovere. La macchinetta per caffè/cappuccio va bene in un b&b, NSM Palace di Lucera offre un ottimo servizio nel complesso, quindi il servizio bar sarebbe in linea.
