The staff was very friendly. We got any help we asked. Good location.
We got the room without windows. The bathroom is very small, it was difficult to reach the toilet bowl because of the door. The room is very small.

They kept unused a few days money
The room matches the price—it’s a simple, no-frills hotel room without a window. It provides the basics, and for the price, it’s exactly what you’d expect. It’s not their fault that I can’t afford something more luxurious!
By Western standards, the place might feel a bit dark and lacking in character. However, for Vietnam, it offers great value for what you pay. The staff is friendly and hardworking, which adds to the overall positive experience.

I booked my room on booking.com and my booking was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel I've been told that they couldn't find my reservation in their system and they had no room left for me.
They also don't speak English so I had to use Google translate all the time.
In the end they just left me on my own in the street looking for another hotel.
They also sent a message to Booking.com to say that I didn't show up to the property... I have the grab car receipt to show that I really went there.
