Awesome hotel and value.
Pros:

My friend and I stayed at two hotels in the city. Ares was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast spread was very good.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas de souvenirs. El desayuno es delicioso, variado, completo y abundante. El personal es muy amable, respondió a todas nuestras preguntas e incluso nos permitió hacer check in antes de la hora prevista. La habitación estaba impecable y la terraza es bastante comoda y tiene una linda vista.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, debido a varios días sin vuelos de globos en Göreme, nos sugirieron hacer el paseo en una zona ubicada a una hora de distancia. Ese día, solo dos globos lograron volar en ese lugar, y la experiencia estuvo muy lejos de lo que uno imagina cuando sueña con volar en globo en Capadocia.

Entendemos que el hotel no tiene control sobre el clima ni sobre cuántos globos despegan, y que la decisión final fue nuestra. Sin embargo, creemos que no deberían haber recomendado ese sitio alternativo, ya que muchos viajeros llegan con la ilusión de vivir esa imagen tan emblemática de decenas o cientos de globos surcando el cielo al amanecer. En nuestro caso, hubiera sido preferible no volar, antes que invertir tanto dinero en una experiencia que se sintió bastante alejada de esa magia esperada.

From the moment we arrived at Ares Cave Suites, we were blown away by the unique rock-carved rooms and warm hospitality. Breakfast was delish, the rooftop dinner absolutely stunning, and every activity—from hot-air balloons to guided hikes—was flawlessly arranged. The service was outstanding, with the hotel manager personally ensuring our every need was met. Exceptional value for money and a truly unforgettable stay!

Pros:

breakfast was homemade, great service and great variety of nutritious food. special thanks to the night team and kitchen team for their support and care. Would recommend to book tours with them as well.

Pros:

Beautiful, spacious and very clean room with a relaxing hot tub. The location is excellent, with everything close by. In the morning, you can enjoy a stunning view of the hot air balloons from the terrace. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The snow made this trip even more magical. The staff are very friendly and warm people, genuinely caring toward their guests and they also help with booking activities. Highly recommended!

Pros:

El trato del personal y el desayuno excelente. El aseo y la ducha muy buena y cómoda. La habitación 103 era una cueva típica y muy bonita con bañera de hidromasaje.

Cons:

Detallitos mínimos respecto a limpieza de la habitación. Pero limpia en general.

El hotel era impresionante, el jacuzzi muy buen punto. Una noche estuvimos con un fuego en la terraza y una copa de vino muy agradable. El personal muy resolutivo y majo. Nos guardaron el desayuno el día que hicimos el vuelo en globo.

We loved the Ares Cave Hotel. The friendly staff members, in particular, made our stay very special.
Pros:

The staff was excellent! They helped us arrange excursions, transportation, and made great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Humaium (spelling?), Berk, and Ali, were very friendly, kind and competent. The breakfast was exceptional - fresh, tasty, with a variety of choices. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the heated floors. The location was perfect - walking distance into town, quiet, lovely surroundings.

Cons:

The only thing I would change, and it's a very small thing, was the toilet and shower in the same space. Otherwise, the place was perfect!
