Pros:

posizione centralissima, maestosità dell'edificio storico, affreschi

Cons:

Innanzitutto attenzione: portatevi le vostre bibite perché io frigo bar ha solo acqua e non si può comprare nemmeno un'aranciata o una bibita all'interno della struttura perché non hanno il bar, non hanno bibite da darti alla reception, e perché non hanno nemmeno una macchinetta o un distributore automatico a cui fare affidamento.
Ti costringono a uscire fuori in piazza e magari col freddo o di notte, uno non ha proprio la minima voglia.

Idem per il cibo!!!!
Il lunedì e il martedì il loro ristorante è chiuso e quindi , di nuovo, sei costretto a uscire.
Il servizio in camera non esiste.
io avevo mal di schiena ed ero a letto; un disastro.
mi hanno costretto a chiamare un servizio esterno di delivery, che a Mantova non offre molto : hanno solo cibo pesante, fritti, giapponese ,kebab,fast food o pizza e pochissima scelta( per me che ero a dieta e volevo un'insalata o una minestra....il

La colazione ottima ma il personale è stato scortese e i tavolo erano insulsamente lontanissimi dal buffet, costringendomi ad alzarmi ogni volta che volevo 1 bicchiere d'acqua ( io bevo 1 litro intero a colazione,immaginatevi quanto tempo ho perso, e dovevo andare a lavorare alle 7.55).

Male.

Perdono tutto e metto 4 stelle solo perché è troppo bello il palazzo.

Acomodação bastante confortável.

Cons:

A cama de casal era junção de duas de solteiro. Pelo o que o hotel se propõe, a cama deveria ser de casal.
O café da manhã era razoável. Poderia ser bem melhor.
O staff poderia ser mais presente.

Finestra a parte, tutto molto piacevole

L’architettura, le travi originali, la stanza.

Cons:

Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, ci hanno dato una camera senza finestra, se non una sul soffitto che si apriva poco niente.

Week end romantico
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, vi era la cucina nella camera ma non vi erano gli utensili, mi è sembrato strano. Poi, ho richiesto il bollitore in stanza e 2 tazze perché non erano presenti. Per il resto bellissima stanza, bagno, tutto pulito.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse il bollitore in stanza nel mio caso. Poi, la cucina senza utensili, vuota. Si possono mettere 2 piatti, 2 bicchieri, posate per 2, una pentola, una padella, attrezzare la cucina è importante a mio avviso, visto che c'è...se non ci fosse... ma c'è!
