Lovely boutique hotel.
The room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the balcony.
Slippers and a bathrobe in the room would have been nice.
Best stay of my life! The hotel is very well located, on the main street of quebec. Very easy to walk to the main tourism sights. Also, the it's sooo gorgeous! I was gagged. A huge plus is that the hotel offers a transport service free of charge if needed - this was such a luxury! I loved every staff member I came across, unfortunately, I am very bad with names, but the are great!

Personnel très serviable, la personne à la reception a proposé d'aller garer ma voiture au parking parce que j'étais arrivé 3 minutes après le départ du "valet".
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation was excellent and provided all the comfort we needed during our visit.
Additionally, the complimentary car service included with our reservation was a thoughtful and convenient touch that added great value to our stay, especially when returning to the train station.
Overall, our stay was a bit disappointing, despite some positive intentions from the hotel.
Upon arrival at the train station, the complimentary car service unfortunately did not show up as expected. We therefore took a taxi instead, which was fine, but it was not the seamless arrival we had anticipated.
Additionally, there was an issue with housekeeping. We placed the “Make the room” sign on our door at around 10:00 AM, clearly indicating that we would like the room cleaned. However, when we returned in the evening around 7:30 PM, the room had not been serviced. While we understand that delays can happen, it would have been appreciated to receive some communication or explanation.
That said, we do want to note that, in recognition of the inconvenience, the hotel kindly offered us a late check-out at 2:00 PM, which we appreciated.
With better communication and more consistent service, this could have been a much smoother experience.
Boutique hotel with great service , high quality rooms with great ambient lightning, comfy beds and quality tea/coffee. A super plus for free car service , used a lot to go to restaurants, spa and nearby attractions
Might consider serving breakfast, however the nearby hotel has great options so not a bigger issue

The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. It was terrible trying to reach the hotel as we couldn't pull up because of a number of barriers in front of it, we were completely frazzled but the staff were so gracious and kind trying to appease us. Really appreciate their efforts.
Booking.com provided the WRONG phone number to the hotel but the person who answered the wrong number gave us the correct phone number. (Tried to call Booking.com but it was a 20 minute wait!!!!) We called the correct hotel number but it ONLY answered in french NO English... we had to stop people on the street to listen to the hotel message so we could reach reception. We circled the hotel 3 times and it took 45 minutes to get into the hotel... there were barriers in front of the hotel so NO place to pull up to take out our luggage. We actually had to stop traffic (one way street) during rush hour (5:30 pm) in order to get into the hotel... totally frazzled after being on the road for 7 hours. Not fun.
