Мы брали 2 номера, и возле второго был шумный электрощит. Противненько звенел все время.

Pros:

Very pleasant room and hotel, have got a lot of facilities like kitchen, also room was pretty tied up and bed was really comfortable,
In addition Localisation was awesome near to the metro station and restaurants.

Not a hotel
Pros:

The location was very good. The check in was relatively easy. There's a kitchen.

Cons:

Let me start with the most important fact: This is NOT a hotel. This a glorified AirBNB, a 2-story townhouse converted to rental rooms. There is no front desk, there is no daily cleaning, fresh bedding and toilet paper is only provided if you request it a day before (And assuming the one cleaner is working that day). All communication with the provider is through whatsapp. If that is the sort of stay you are looking for, it's okay for what it is. But this is not a hotel.

Food sitting area outside rooms should be removed. It’s very uncomfortable for people sleeping inside apartments.
