Excellent location, New comfortable hotel with tasty breakfast
Pros:

Location absolutely excellent,  only 500 m from Yogyakarta train station,  so we walk to hotel,  no need for a taxi. Very close to main tourist street Malioboro.
Breakfast deserves special thanks, very diverse, and most importantly, everything is tasty. There is a good selection of European and Asian cuisine. We had a list of what we wanted to try in Indonesia, a lot of local cuisine was at breakfast. We were there for 5 days, and every day there was something new. Coffee machine, with a variety of coffee, cappuccino with caramel. Lots of pastries and puddings, fresh fruits, cooked omelettes, pancakes and waffles.
There was a pool, but it was more suitable for children, not very big.
The hotel is new, everything worked well, everything is clean and comfortable.
The hotel cares about nature, so for less plastic pollution, you can take water in a cooler on the floor to use less small bottles.
The only minus is that there is no bar in the hotel. 
Special thanks to the staff, they found our forgotten things in the room and sent them to us to another city in Indonesia.

No del todo mal. No repetiría.
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena y el desayuno con mucha comida, parecía un almuerzo. La ducha con mucha presión y agua caliente.

Cons:

La limpieza no me gustó, pelos y manchas en las sábanas. Las habitaciones tienen puertas que comunican con las habitaciones contiguas lo que hace que se oiga todo entre habitaciones y sea difícil descansar. Para ser un lugar exótico, la fruta en el desayuno no era muy variada y no tenía mucho sabor al contrario de otras zonas de Indonesia.

It could be a very nice hotel but…
Pros:

Modern and with quality. Comfortable beds. Big breakfast buffet, mainly Asian.

Cons:

There was dirt in the room. The surfaces sticky. The shower head disgusting and the shower glass was not cleaned in years. The sofa with stains of blood and other not known. I did not feel comfortable in the room and tried to be careful about what I touch.

Pros:

Menginap 3 malam disini dengan pilihan family room. Ternyata luas kamar tidak seperti di foto. Kapasitas air panas tidak cukup utk ber 4 jadi kalau semua mau dapat mandi air panas, maka harus menunggu sebanyak 40 menit per org supaya bs kebagian semua (ini kata teknisi hotel yg datang ke kamar krn kita komplain air panas tidak keluar).
Pelayanan dari semua staff sangat bagus, wifi kenceng sampai hari ke 3 saja. Selebihnya lambat. Air minum bs ambil kapan saja di dispenser yg terdapat di setiap lantai. Dinding tidak kedap suara 100 persen krn kedengaran suara dari sebelah kamar. Lift ke lantai kamar hrs tap kartu jadi lebih aman.
Makanan pagi sangat bervariasi jd lumayan puas. Tempat sarapan juga luas dan refill juga cepat. Pastanya enak.
Kolam renang sangat kecil utk ukuran hotel yg besar. Mungkin krn judulnya convention hotel yah jd bukan prioritas utama utk kolam renang. Parkir lumayan krn ada basement. Dan ada layanan vallet parkir gratis dr hotel.
Lokasi dekat malioboro. Enak bisa jalan kaki tanpa susah cari parkir dan tanpa macet2an.
