It was close to the gym I use when I stay in Burton. It was clean enough and room was nice
I left an item behind and it was located and made available to me by Ellie, she was brilliant and very professional.
Ibis hotels are invariably high quality - I really liked my room, which felt like something from a more expensive hotel. I found the hotel very quiet and peaceful even though it was clearly busy (judging by the car park).
Unless I was doing something wrong, I'm pretty sure the TV in my room didn't work. Not a big problem.

Out of town centre but expected you to pay for car park only £5 but it’s £8 at least to get into town centre which was what we wanted

Lovely clean hotel with excellent facilities, the room and bathroom were outstanding in cleanliness and condition, the dining area was well set out with comfortable seating. The building was warm and comfortable.
The breakfast had a potentially huge choice but the maintaining of food levels and the clearing of tables was substandard. No sausages or bacon without a wait, the strawberry jam pump was empty, there were no cups by the coffee machine and the croissants area was without stock. There were options but this lack of attention to the " front of house" was below expectations.

My bathroom sink was blocked but that’s life and I don’t mark it down as it was clean and comfortable.
