Great stay for the value
Pros:

Location was great just a block away from food and the boardwalk. Price was much more affordable in comparison to others. Rooms had recently been remodeled and all looked very nice and modern. The beds were the best part, very comfy.

Cons:

Only complaints were the microwave was in the tv console, but not plugged in. You couldn’t move the console to be able to get your hand behind to see if you could get the plug to the wall, so we had to move the microwave to another part of the room to be able to use it. Shower curtain was visibly crusty with mold and rust stains.

A relaxing and enjoyable beachside stay with everything I needed.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Fin’s Inn. The location couldn’t be better - just a few minute walk from the beach and close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made it super convenient. The inn had a welcoming vibe, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a beachside getaway, and I’d definitely come back again!

Cons:

The inn was recently renovated and in great condition. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like - my stay was enjoyable from start to finish.

No matter what, do not stay here!
Pros:

My wife and I stayed because we were on our honeymoon. When we got there it was so filthy and nasty and all you could smell outside of our door was urine! There is no staff at all, there is no front desk, everything is a virtual check-in. So with everything being a virtual check-in the only communication we had with these people were through texts! We text them as soon as we got there and told them that we were not happy at all with the room, that it had been misadvertised and we were afraid to stay there because of all of the drug deals going on in the parking lot! Whoever was on the other side texting me let me know real quick that we would not be getting a refund at all and that we could either like it or lose our money and go somewhere else. We had no choice but to stay because we had already spent so much money to have this room for a week! My wife text and said that we needed clean towels and wash rags and toilet paper, it took them 24 hours for them to get any of that to us! This is the most disgusting despicable place we have ever seen! We have never had such terrible service ever!! And like I said we were on our honeymoon!! When my wife told them that we we're coming for our honeymoon a few months before we arrived they immediately messaged her back and told her that they were so excited for us and that there would be extra things done for us because of our honeymoon! What a joke! Stay far away from Fins Inn!!!!!!

Place has a good value to it and has a lot of potential of being a great stay if the room was cleaned better
Pros:

Property was decent. Inside had a modern look. Location is the best aspect of the place, walking distance to beach, downtown and 10 minute drive to broadway st the beach.

Value was pretty high. Not expecting luxury with the amount paid, but it was a fair price.

Cons:

Walls were very thin. You could easily hear neighbors above us and people outside.

Cleanliness was the biggest drawback of the place. Floors were extremely sandy coming in. I would expect some sand on floor but not to the point where it felt gross to walk around in.

Pros:

I had a terrible stay and there is nobody to get in contact with in a timely manner. This hotel should be called catfish because the looks of pictures are very decieving. I had dirty sheets and nats in my room and all I was told is wait until tomorrow because there was nothing they could do.

Would not recommend staying here.
Cons:

I was really looking forward to my trip to Myrtle Beach, but my stay at Fin’s Inn was a letdown from the start. When I arrived, the host gave me the wrong code for the door, so I stood outside trying to get in with no luck. When I reached out, they gave me a different code — but it ended up being for a room that was already occupied. Super awkward and frustrating.

When I finally got into the right room, it smelled like sewage, especially coming from the bathroom. It was bad enough that I didn’t even want to stay in the room.

The outside wasn't great either. The gate around the pool was bent and ripped out of the ground on one side, which made it look sketchy and not very safe.

I messaged the host about all of these issues and never got a reply. I had booked the place for 6 nights, but after just one night, I decided to find somewhere else to stay.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place — not worth the stress.
