1. Staff - I haven't seen such humble staff for a while, in my frequent travels! Very friendly, courteous, helpful and obliging, they are the best and greatest asset of this property.
2. Location - Calm and quiet. Closer to the beach but you are guaranteed a peaceful sleep
3. Layout and features - Nice appeasing layout. Good architecture, Beautifully laid chalets, surrounded by a clean, crystal clear warm pool that soothes all your body aches away. Euro and Aussie wall sockets are very convenient. Rooms with powerful air conditioner, large, firm and clean beds. Lots of towels provided.
4. General appearance - nice, clean and tidy. Good choice of tropical plants.
1. Room facilities - Inside rooms, a lot more need to be done. there is no telephone to contact the office. The manager gave me his phone number but half of the calls go unanswered. More drinking glasses, tea mugs and cutlery need to be provided. The multi level rack type 'table' is ugly and inconvenient to use, so need to be replaced with a long, low level table.
2. Bathroom/ Toilets are generally clean but heaps of facilities missing. No hair dryer, no towel rails, instant heater not working properly, grey water blocked in the gully. No bathmat provided, no toothbrush holders, no exhaust fan.
3. Dining hall - While it is a clean place, it doesn't have a hand wash sink inside. Hall needs sound absorbing panels as there was big echoing noise when 7 - 10 people chat which is frequent here.
4. Carpark - not big enough and need to be laid out with bays for easy pulling out without blocking other vehicles. No space to turn, so you need to reverse the vehicles 200m up to the main entrance to turn.
Pool and gardens were well maintained. Breakfast was consistently good. Wifi was reliable.
Beach was close by. Great time in the water, warm with a little surf.😄
Sleeping soundly during Ramadan may pose a challenge for some, due to the presence of a nearby Muslim Mosque. Butter and jam with morning toast would be a great addition.
Lovely big cabana room, quality linen and towels. Pool is a great size and temperature. Staff very professional. Breakfast good. Also had dinner there very good.
Being picky.. the a/c was bit noisy. Beach had fair bit of litter at the side but was very quiet.

This property offers separate cabanas that give you plenty of privacy, and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are extremely clean, and the overall atmosphere is well maintained. There’s also a well-kept swimming pool that guests can enjoy.
I tried both breakfast and lunch here, and they were definitely worth the money. The location is another big plus – it’s very close to Nilaveli Beach.
It’s also a great place for families, children, and local travelers, offering a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Staff were lovely. Atmosphere was very family-friendly and relaxed. Food in the restaurant was nice and was reasonably priced for a hotel. Our children loved that our room opened up onto the pool.
Our family room was a little on the small side.
Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice.
Pool was crystal clear and the beach was a short 5 minute walk away.

Staffs are phenomenal
It was a great stay. The highlight was the friendliness of the staff. They were very kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The location is close to a very nice, uncrowded beach. We had both dinner and breakfast at the resort, and they were excellent. Our families really enjoyed the stay.
Nothing to complain about. However, it would be nice to have a TV in the room. It was not an issue for us, but some visitors might appreciate it.
Maintained well and relaxing environment
Location is bit far from the town.
We waren de enige gasten (voor ons gevoel in heel Trincomalee). De medewerkers waren ontzettend lief en hielpen ons waar nodig. Het verblijf was bijzonder, in een hutje. Dit was ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was ook heel aangenaam en de locatie op loopafstand van de zee.
De locaties om te eten zitten wat verder verwijderd, maar is met 10 minuten rijden ook goed te bereiken.
Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Bardzo dobre śniadanie kilka możliwości do wyboru. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Pomogli nam w organizacji wycieczki na Pigeon Island w dobrej cenie. Hotel jest w cichej okolicy do plaży i restauracji z owocami morza idzie się 5 minut. Po drugiej stronie w odległości spaceru jest jezioro gdzie można obserwować krokodyle i wiele gatunków ptaków. Polecamy.
Leuke huisjes, gebouwd om het zwembad, foto klopt helemaal met de werkelijkheid.
Voor het geld viel het allemaal wel een beetje tegen, dit waren prima 60€ kamers, maar doordat het duurder was verwacht je gewoon meer.
De badkamer was ok, maar kon wel wat anti kalk gebruiken.
Het bed had alleen een laken, en achteraf bleek dat je de sleutel moest afgeven wou je dat ze je kamer schoon zouden maken.
De stopcontacten moest je geluk hebben dat je stekker er in bleef "hangen"
