Odanın konumu ve büyüklüğü, oda içindeki olanaklar yeterli ve konforluydu. Denize girmek çevrede inşaat faaliyetlerinin sürmesi, tehlikeli derecede inşaat atıklarının toplanmamış olması, denize giren merdivenlerin paslı, güvenliksiz ,üstünkörü yapılmış olması, merdivenlerin bir tanesinde paslı çivinin olması, plajdaki genel temizliğin kötü olması gibi sebeplerden denize girmek için bu otelin tercih edilmemesi gerekiyor. Havuz ve plajda tüm gün yüksek sesli müzik olması ve bu seslerin odaya kadar gelmesi ayrı bir rahatsızlık veriyor. Aile ile seyahat etmeyi düşünenler için uygun bitir tesis değildir.

Saat 14 olan oda girişini ancak 15.10 da yapabildik. Oda hazırlanıyor,teknik bir sıkıntı var dendi. Sonra odanız hazır denildi ancak odaya girdiğimizde, banyoda sadece kaynar su akıyordu.tuvalette su akmıyordu. 40 derece sıcakta gerçekten kaynar su akmasına aklı sır ermiyor. Otel daha açılmamış gibiydi. Her yerde işçiler ve tamirat mevcuttu. Bir gece kalacağımız konaklama bize tamamen zehir oldu. Otelde kimsenin kimseden haberi yok. Sabah kahvaltı için 08.30 bilgisi verilen yerde , kahvaltıya gittiğimizde ; pardon kahvaltı 9 da başlıyor dendi. ,Konum olarak bu kadar iyi olan bir otelin maalesef işletmesi inanılmaz kötü. Madem otelin tam anlamıyla tadilatlarını bitirmediniz. Neden hizmete açıyorsunuz? Yorumlara baktığımızda çok iyi yorumlar yoktu ama 1 gece konaklamada ne kadar kötü olabilir dedik ama oldu. Ayrıca tesisin tam ortasında Günay Restoran bulunuyor. Dinlenmek ve sessizlik istiyorsanız, biraz zor... Kısacası tam hayal kırıklığı. Çalışanlar için kötü yorumda bulunamam çünkü sadece söyleneni yapıyorlar.

This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Upon arrival, later evening, the whole thing was strange. Unlike any other hotel or restaurant in the area, nothing indicated anyone worked at the hotel. Most couldn’t speak any English and communication was very difficult. No one provided an overview of amenities, hotel info, wifi passwords or even room number. We just had to try to keep up to the person carrying our bags. He dropped our stuff, opened our door and left. The room was so uncomfortable and nothing seemed clean. Paint touch ups all over the room, dirt in the corners, writing on the mirror of the bathroom.
When we asked for a different room they said not today, maybe tomorrow and when we told them we would no longer be staying they wouldn’t communicate with us or the booking site about anything.

No food options around and we had to walk 20 minutes to the closest restaurant that said open but when we showed up was closing. The location of hotel is so far from everything that it is not worth trying to stay in this area

Tout était parfait! + la vue de la chambre sur la mer juste incroyable 😍, le personnel était super, les chambres étaient propres et confortables.

Merhaba en iyi oda rezervasyonu yaptım konumu oda konsepti güzel ama çok eski ve bakımsız oda örümcek ağları bile alınmamıştı.

The reason i gave 3 stars for Property & Facilities is the only one problem in Maja Hotel, the nightclub and beach club staff try to rip you off. They are the same team in the beach club they asked for entrance fees although we are staying in the hotel and they knew it. In the nightclub they bluntly ask for tips and more tips even if you already did. However, the Reception, Concierge and housekeepers are excellent and professional, they were very helpful, polite and understanding. Special thanks to Mr. Gokan (i hope i spelled his name correctly) for meeting all our needs efficiently. Maja Hotel has so much potential if the management allows the reception team to handle all facilities; especially the beach club.
