Останавливались на время стыковки. Удобное расположение в центре, до метро и парома минут 10 пешком, вокруг оживленный район с магазинами и кафешками
Номера свежие и чистые, нам сделали ранний заезд
Персонал супер отзывчивый, в наш приезд не работал вай-фай и я перепутала даты брони - все решили
Чистые носера, очень вежливый персонал и отличное расположение ♥️

since its a quite new hotel, it's so empty even the lobby doesn't have anything accept for the reception counter, feel abit isolated.

Kahvaltiyi disardan anlasmali bir firmadan getiriliyor herhalde bütün kahvaltı tek bir tabakta geliyor hepsi birbirine karışmıştı bu düzeltilebilir düzeltilecek bir şey değil kötü değildi ama düzeltilebilir. Location is great and room space is excellent, staff was helpful
The furniture is designed poorly, taste was good but function was bad , very limited storage area no serious clothes wardrop, not a single drawer in the room
Facility maintenance is also needs to be reviewed, small things that needs repair in the room and the bath

Not good to stay.

Confirm payment with Euro. But they payment mechine can't set up. And need me to pay Turkist.
Torn towel and not clean.
The location is excellent, close to marmaray station. The mattress was also very comfortable.
The room was missing a few basic amenities like places to hang your clothes. There were also minor plumbing issues that could be fixed.
Quite good location - in the middle between metro stations and boat ferry piers. Quiet place but not too far from all restaurants and pubs. Fresh rooms. Recently opened hotel, suppose this is the reason of all cons (see below).
While we arrived at the evening the room was not fully prepared to us - no sheets and pillow for kid, no towels.
Big bathroom but nowhere to place your clothing while taking shower. And no place to dry towels - just a single hook in the whole bathroom. And not a single room cleaning during 4 nights stay.
Great double bed but terrible pillows resulted to pain in the neck. In fact this was a primary reason I'm writing this review. Hope owners will throw away these horrible pillows if they want people to come back while traveling via Istanbul.
There was no breakfast option in the hotel, however the receptionist offered to arrange it from outside if we required it. Chose to go to a Bakery and cafe just 50-100 metres away, which was perfect.
The number of towels and linen should have been stocked up as per the staying guests, these were less.
