Новый отель, просторные номера, наличие термального бассейна. Завтраки и ужины шведский стол.
Мы въехали в номер повышенной комфортности в двухэтажном корпусе, номер большой, с ванной с термальной водой прямо в номере на террасе, но номер оказался угловой, к одной из стен которого были смонтированы наружные блоки сплит систем. В результате в номере постоянно стоял гул, после двух бессонных ночей обратились к персоналу, и огромное спасибо что нас пересилили, хоть и в номер более дешевый но тихий в основном корпусе.
There’s natural thermal spring water available in the room hot tub and hotel spa. Rather good location, just 10 mins drive to Travertines.
Service was really bad!!! Receptionist provided very minimal support. We went down at night to ask for help as the hot tub water was not hot. She told us to dial 0 from room to contact technician. We were afraid communication would be a barrier, asked if she could help to call them, she said no. Insisted we go back to room to call. Wasted trip.
Dialed 0, technician came, check the situation and explained it takes 5-10mins for hot water to come as it’s pumped from underground thermal spring water.
This could’ve been added in the instruction sheet or at least staff should know this as a general Q&A.
On second night, around 10pm, I was about to sleep but received multiple calls in the room. They told me to go down to reception as there was a “problem”.
They insisted I GO DOWN to the reception.
I was furious. I was already in pajamas, ready to sleep. No way would I go down to the reception as it’s quite a walk, unsheltered and outdoor to the lobby reception.
Turns out it was because the same receptionist lady from day 1 did not take our credit card for deposit and payment, so they were afraid we would run away.
Lastly, the photo did not match the room. I booked the room thinking I would get Mountain View with hot tub on terrace. In reality, it was facing opposite hotel building!! No privacy at all. Had to wear swimming suit in the “private” tub.
Хороший просторный номер с двумя кроватями, все необходимое имеется - минибар (он же холодильник), телевизор, кондиционер, по бутылочке питьевой воды на человека в день, электрический чайник с заваркой и пакетиками растворимого кофе. Мы жили в основном корпусе на втором этаже, с балконом (на первом этаже только французский балкон). Рядом с отелем есть супермаркет, также останавливается маршрутка в Денизли по требованию (напротив, возле клиники). До рынка минут 6-8 идти, то парка с источниками (общественными) примерно 15-20 минут ходьбы. Большой и довольно глубокий подогреваемый бассейн в корпусе, нормального размера термальный бассейн на улице (выход от плавательного бассейна на -1 этаже), сауна, хамам. Хороший просторный ресторан, совмещенный с рецепшен. На ужин вода бесплатно. В ванной есть жидкое мыло, гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер для волос в дозаторах.
Бассейн на улице не подогревается, внутренний грели слабо, а термальный часто был перегрет. Так что, если вы едете за водными процедурами, как мы, то может быть не очень комфортно. В ванной комнате душ отгорожен только узкой стеклянной перегородкой, нет никакого поддона - вода после приема душа по всему полу разлита. Дверь в ванную стелянная (матовая) и не закрывается плотно. То есть слышимость отменная, и все могут зайти в ванную в любой момент. Стена между ванной и комнатой тоже стеклянная, но там есть жалюзи изнутри ванной. Подушки очень высокие, далеко не всем будет удобно. Халаты максимально 2XL размер. Еда была очень однообразной, выбор небольшой, качество среднее.

Our first day there were no visible staff despite a cafe door being open, we brought our own coffee etc down to the pool and when we went inside the hotel to adk for ice we were told we couldn't bring our own drinks poolside. We pointed out that no one had even come outside. After that the attention was good. The deluxe rooms were fabulous although all the glass had fingerprints on. The breakfast was amazing, truly sensational. I did comment on the lack of shady parking and no electric car charging points, we had to go to another hotel to charge our car.

This property is focussed on bus tour groups who come in in the afternoon and leave the next morning. We booked the room outside of the bus tour to visit the.
We were expecting to be closer to the center, but the hotel is right on the highway and is mostly for tour groups that drop in for the night. The staff is not informed at all… we saw the last day that there was a way to town around the back that wasn’t explained to us. They’re also not generous: I asked for a cup of tea and the guy scoffed and said it was €5, despite having seen it offered to other guests when booking a massage, which I did have the next day. It feels a bit prison-like with all the rooms facing a center indoor pool. We did LOVE the cat and the dog on the first night. The breakfast buffet is also VERY good, and beds are extremely comfortable. Dinner was a 6/10, kind of average buffet.

Molto gradevole la piscina a 42 gradi, ho anche utilizzato la piscina interna, che ho trovato fantastica. Molto deludente la cena e lo spazio da condividere con gli altri clienti sia per la prima colazione e che per la cena.

Temizlik personelinden restaurant çalışanlarına resepsiyon personelinden sorumlu müdüre kadar harika bir kadroya sahip otel. Mükemmel vakit geçirdik . Kahvaltısı akşam yemeği öğle sonrası atıştırmalıklar harikaydı. Olması gerektiği kadar yemek çeşidi lezzetliydi. En ufak pürüz yoktu. İlla ki sorun bulmaya çalışırsanız sorun sizde demektir :))Temizlik hijyen konfor ferahlık hepsi biraradaydı. Hiç bişey karmaşık değildi .havuz temizliği çok iyiydi. lokasyonu da çok iyi yerde. Pamukkale Kaya thermal oteli tercih edin .Sanırım bundan sonra Pamukkale bölgesinde hep tercih edeceğimiz otel burası olacak 🙏.
Otel temiz ve yeni biz 1 gece beklediğimizden daha iyi bir odada konakladık ve gerçekten memnun kaldık. Özellikle spa bölümündeki görevli personeller çok ilgililer ve masaj gerçekten çok iyiydi bir daha gelsem tekrar tercih ederim.
Otel çok temiz, odalar konforlu, yemek çeşidi bir çok açık büfeye göre az fakat lezzetli ve bence yeterli. Havuzlar yeterli ve temiz. Pamukkale travertenlere çok yakın 5 dk araçla.
Tek eksiği kahvaltı ürünlerinde eksiklikler ve bayat simit vardı.Geriye kalan herşey güzeldi
