I don’t know where to start with this one.
I checked in at the hotel and was told I needed to be taken on a motorbike to the dorm room. Was taken to what is literally an abandoned hotel, complete with dilapidated crumbling rooms, and an empty decaying swimming pool.
The dorm is in a shack like building amongst this - which is absolutely not what I booked or signed up for.
The room itself was reasonably clean except a large suspicious brown mark on the wall next to where I slept. Bed was large but very hard. I arrived to no pillow on my bed at all.
The shower is in what looks like a temporary made room, with a huge gap between the door and the hinges so anyone outside can watch you shower. The sink area was filthy.
I complained about lack of wifi which the staff promised to fix, but it did not improve.
To top it off there are dogs which live outside the room which howl for the entire night right outside the door. No one in my room got any sleep on any of the nights I was there, the barking was continuous through the whole nights.
I contacted staff regarding the above during my stay, and they ignored absolutely everything I said, replying only with the wifi password (which didn’t even reach the room). Very disappointed I would not recommend staying here, especially at the price - should be $1 per night maximum

Chúng tôi vô cùng thất vọng sau khi lựa chọn khu nghỉ này với giá hơn 14 triệu 2 đêm. Nó như một nhà nghỉ hoặc khách sạn bình dân. Phòng ở và nhà vệ sinh bẩn và xuống cấp, ga giường bị rách, nhà vệ sinh tầng 1 vô cùng bẩn, ko có phòng bể bơi hay bất cứ tiện ích nào khác.... Tôi rất thất vọng về booking.com đã để những khách sạn như vậy vào nhóm khách sạn phân khúc cao để thu tiền cao của khách hàng. Với tiện nghi nghi hiện tại họ chỉ nên cho khách thuê với giá dưới 1 triệu/ đêm

Primero visualmente es deprimente, no es un buen lugar para empezar tus vacaciones en Vietnam.
Las habitaciones compartidas no están ubicadas en el mismo complejo. Cuando llegas literalmente te sientes estafado e inseguro.
Instalaciones sucias y no cómodas.
Visualmente es feo.
Precio alto para el servicio que ofrece.

Run down, black moulds , roof leaking, room has lots of dust and sewage smell.
The manager made me pay for the rooms first before allowing me to see it. She showed the videos of the rooms. The rooms look ok on the video but when arrived to my my rooms, it was not live-able for humans at all and looked nothing like her videos. The rooms are all dirty and filthy This is a smart scammer, she deceived me with the false advertising. I asked her to cancel the rooms and get my refund back.

Vi bokade vår resa väldigt sent under högsäsong och prisbilden blev därför helt fel då ut utbudet var minimalt. Det är olyckligt för oss gäster ekonomiskt, och även för hotellet som inte kan leva upp till förväntningarna och sedan får negativa kommentarer.
Detta hotell (ej resort) är ett typiskt 400-500kr/natten ställe i Vietnam med begränsat frukostutbud. Vi betalade +2200kr/natten. Vi hade tur och hittade ett återbud på en mycket bra strandresort och flyttade dit redan efter en natt dessutom till ett betydligt lägre pris.

Aamupala todella surkea. 7 aamua ilman mitään vaihtelua. Ruoat lämpimässä ilman mitään kupuja. Mehu aina loppu ja kun lisättiin niin vain litran verran eikä hanasta tullut mitään kun jäi mehun pinta sen alle.
Kahvi makeutettu valmiiksi, joinakin aamuina niin makeaa että ei voinut juoda.
Aina sama sämpylä ja päälle tarjolla vain voita, ei leikkeleitä, juustoa, salaattia.
Lakanat rikki ja likaiset. Pyyhkeet niin ohueksi kuluneet että läpi näki.

Maksettiin varaus hotellilla kortilla saapuessamme. Seuraavana päivänä perittiin 1 500 000 VND joka kuulemma maksu kortilla maksaessa. Tästä tietenkään ei vastaanotossa tuolloin mitään mainittu. Olimme varauksen tehneet juuri tällä kortilla.
Ei vastaa hintaansa tämä motelli joka tätä parhaiten kuvastaa.

Нет балкона, негде посушить вещи, нет полок в шкафу, на весь номер на 4-х человек один ящик в тумбочке.
Душ без шторки, просто лейка в ванной, всегда мокрый пол.
Шумная вытяжка, а если у соседей включен кондиционер, гул и вибрация по всей стене. Свой кондей не включали.
Завтрак очень скудный, общие кухонные принадлежности, чайники, сахарница и т.д. заляпаны и засалены так, что неприятно трогать. Полы в разводах. Тарелки снизу жирные.

Вообще бич отеля - чистота, на остальное еще можно было бы закрыть глаза. Пододеяльники серые, белье мятое, не было уверенности, что его стирали перед нами. Полотенца серо-желтые в пятнах. Выяснилось, что стирают они все в холодной воде.

И все это за 7 млн.донгов в сутки за семейный номер с двумя 2-хспальными кроватями.

Aufgrund der Reiseszeit, entsprachen Preis-Leistung nicht dem was wir bisher in Vietnam gewohnt waren. Lag aber ander Hochsaisin auf der Insel.
Auf dem Fotozusage a so aus als gäbe es einen Stand oder zumindest eine Kooperation mit einer Strandbar, die gibt es aber nicht.
