Отличный вариант, если готовы перебегать дорогу [и перелезать разграничитель полос].
Pros:

Очень комфортный номер с балкончиком. Очень удобная кровать. Много места для хранения вещей. Хорошее разнообразное освещение (вечером я включал свет в нише шкафа в качестве ночника). Телевизор с Youtube. Отзывчивый приятный персонал. В коридоре есть питьевая вода, чай, кофе и терраса на улицу. В номере чайник. В целом довольно тихо. Неподалёку (на этой стороне дороги) есть неплохие заведения (хотя основная масса — на той стороне). Если готовы перебегать дорогу [и перелезать разграничитель], то это отличный вариант.

Cons:

Чтобы добраться до основной туристической зоны надо перебегать дорогу подальше на севере, перебегать дорогу и перелезать разграничитель полос прям напротив отеля или идти на запад до пешеходного перехода. Свет блокируется шторкой на балконе, трос от которой надо руками накручивать на «рога». Шторка при этом опускается не до самого конца (хотя достаточно, чтобы свет не мешал утром). Плохо работает верхний душ, нужно просто почистить форсунки.

The fact that the whole booking is the cancellatiin fee if uou cancrl within 30 minutes of booking.
Its in a poor location. Miles from any atrractions.

Lovely hotel but not ideal location

Clean and spacious
Our host helped us to set up Netflix
The location is next to a very busy road which is impossible to cross and noisy at night
But we just caught a Grab to the beach side
All in all good value for money
