Wonderful staff in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Great breakfast, staff very friendly and charming.
Great location , opposite the tram and walking distance to the metro.
Nice spa too.

Würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Alles tipptopp; Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sehr cool auch, dass man gratis und sehr unkompliziert Fahrräder an der Reception ausleihen kann.

הצוות - פשוט וואו, נעימים ומקצועים, עוזרים ופותרים כל בעיה מיד.
רצינו לציין במיוחד את שאדה שהיה חייכן, לבבי וגרם לנו להרגיש ממש בבית.

Dużym atutem hotelu jest jego dobra lokalizacja- nad rzeką Dunaj. Zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu widać słynny budynek Parlamentu. W pobliżu znajduje się linia metra, którą w krótkim czasie możemy dojechać np. do wzgórza Gellerta. Pokój czysty i przestrzenny. Wygodne łóżko i dobre WiFi. Przyjazna i sympatyczna obsługa gotowa pomóc w każdej sytuacji. Śniadanie smaczne, dobra kawa i pyszne pieczywo.

Cons:

Vyladit nějaké drobnosti na pokoji. Chybějící háčky na ručníky. Chybějící háčky na bundu. Občas dlouhé čekání na snídani na obsluhu.

Pros:

They hotel was fantastic, excellent breakfast and food.
All staff at breakfast were friendly and provided personal touch.
The hotel was immaculately clean and we were always acknowledged and greeted when entering in and out of the restaurant.
The concerige team provided a very high standard of service and went that extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay and helped arrange day trips when needed. Daniel and Jonathan arranged a reservation at the Unicum factory which we visited and really enjoyed.
We would especially like to thank Daniel, Mikolas and Jonathan for their services.
