Cons:

Restaurant staff (specifically at Dinner) was least bothered to serve and totally clueless as they generally book over there capacity, service was pathetic, buffet was messed up totally, no cleanliness in spread, customer jumps on the item comes from the kitchen. Restaurant manager was totally clueless and non responsive

We were not offered breakfast, we have stayed in ramada of other locations, at other location it was in our stay, but in Gorakhpur ramada we did not get.

Cons:

If the charge of our stay is moderate as per your, you should have given us breakfast service, which is complimentary in other hotels of your category

Hotel super pulito e con uno staff veramente cordiale. Ci siam trovati benissimo,ristorante con robe buonissime e colazione la mattina super.
Si trova sulla strada principale per il confine quindi molto strategico.
