Stop scrolling ! Nu mai căutați alte hotele în Sibiu.
Asta e alegerea perfectă. Am fost în multe Hoteluri și țări, dar un mic dejun că aici nu am găsit niciunde.
Iar camerele sunt curate, spațioase și confortabile.

Wenn im Übernachtungspreis das Frühstück inbegriffen ist, erwarte ich, dass das Frühstücksangebot nicht limitiert ist. Das heißt, ich mehr z.B. mehr als einen Kaffee nehmen kann. Wenn mir das Angebot mengenmäßig vorgegeben wird und alles darüber hinaus zu bezahlen ist, bezahle ich am Ende das Frühstück zweimal. Einmal bei der Buchung und einmal im Hotel selbst. Das Hotel gibt mir nicht vor was ich zu frühstücken habe, und lässt sich Abweichungen davon bezahlen. Beispiel: jeweils nur ein Menü. Menü 1: Müsli, Menü 2: Rührei, Menü 3: Croissant. und jeweils nur ein Getränk. Das ist schlichtweg völlig inakzeptabel und entspricht keinem normalen Standard.

Pros:

I really liked the size of our hotel rooms, it was very clean and decorated nicely. The staff was super nice to us, the lad with the glasses and the lady at the reception were really kind and helpf. The breakfast was amazing, it had various foods varying from vege options to meat, oats, etc. Overall, the location was good, the service was amazing and I enjoyed my stay, as well as the rest of my colleagues!

Cons:

I could not open the window on my room to set it to be half-open.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und köstlich.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Die Heizung lief über die Klimaanlage, sodass man leider durchgehend das Lüftungsgeräusch gehört hat.

My stay at Art Hotel in Sibiu was nothing short of fantastic—from its prime location to the thoughtful service, it checked every box for a perfect trip. Every major attraction was within easy walking distance. The breakfast was a rich spread with fresh fruits, local cheeses, and warm options.
The front desk team made my stay memorable . I accidentally left my phone in my room after checking out, and by the time I realized, I was already halfway to the journey. I sent a message to the hotel—and Pui Ionel from Front Office replied that they found my phone, contacted a local courier, and arranged for it to be shipped to my next destination. Their quick, caring response turned a stressful mistake into a testament to their exceptional service.
I can’t recommend Art Hotel enough. It’s comfortable, convenient, and staffed by people who truly care about guests. Next time I’m in Sibiu, this will be my first choice—no hesitation.
