قربه من المطار تعاون المؤظف معنا حيث طلبنا ان يطلب لنا عشاء وقام بذلك و حمل لنا الحقائب شكراً لتعاونه

Pros:

The staff was outstanding with help and guidance. The Location is great and near all facilities

Cons:

No specific parking
No place for the big luggage and you will use the stairs, The staff are helping in this but it's mandatory for more flexibility

الموقع قريب من المطار ونظيف

حجزنا غرفة عائلية ديلوكس فيها بلكونه واعطونا الغرفة بدون بلكونه وكلمناهم للتغيير وقالو من باجر وبعدها قالو العصر ولم يستجيبون للتغيير
ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات

Un bon hôtel, surtout quand on souhaite être près de l’aéroport
Pros:

L’hôtel se situe à deux minutes en voiture de l’aéroport de Trabzon et dans les suites familiales, il y a deux salles de bain pour quatre personnes ce qui est très confortable

Cons:

Les chambres sont assez petites.

موظفين الاستقبال رائعين جدا وخدومين

استغرب من تصنيف الفندق ب اربع نجوم !!!!!!!
اقمت فيه ثلاثه ايام
الغرفه كانت سويت .غرفة نوم وجلسه
المكان صغير جداً
غرفة النوم والجلسة ودورة المياه كلها ضيقه
السرير ماعندك كومدينه تحط أغراضك عليها انا سحبت كرسي التسريحه عشان احط جوالي عليها
شطاف الحمام بدون راس
فيش الكهرباء تطلع الشاحن يطلع معك الفيش من الجدار
بالنسبه لخدمات الغرف مافيه شي يعني صفر
تخيل بعد الساعه 10 صباحا لا يوجد حتى شاي أو قهوه
الإستقبال تحت تنزل له بدرج ولا يوجد مصعد
موظفين الإستقبال يطلعون بأنفسهم يشيلون معك الشناط
بصراحه وبدون تحيز انا اشوف الحسنات الوحيده لهذا الفندق
