Finsbury Park Studios

Rymlig studio med ett jättebra läge för oss som gick på fotboll på Emirates Stadium. Det vara bara några meter från tunnelbanan/tågstoppet Finsbury Park vilket passade oss perfekt! Det enda minus var att bäddsoffan inte var särskilt komfortabel men det är inget ovanligt i denna prisgrupp i London. Prisvärt, fräscht och smidigt! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka :)

The accomodation was in a great part of london however the apartment is not suitable for kids, elderly or larger people due to the narrow staircase for the second bedroom. Still a great place to stay for the younger folk!

Lovely property, rooms were very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Access information was communicated clearly and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again and for a longer stay!

The flat was newly furbished, very clean and has all facilities, the area was quite and nice

The apartment is very good and very clean. Easy get to get in and out with good support. Will definitely return when my path cross this way. Highly recommended.

Clean. Beds and amenities were good.

Neither the address or the check in instructions were sent. I sent 3 messages that weren’t answered. Travelling to London not even knowing where the property was or how to access it was stressful to say the least. I rang the number twice to ask for the details, they were only sent 35 minutes before the check in time. Not sure if they would have been sent at all, without ringing to ask for them. Arrived at the accomodation to find a panel of glass on the front door had been smashed and replaced with cardboard. The apartment had clearly been broken into before, Not a great feeling when going to sleep at night.
We booked the 2 bed ‘luxury’ duplex.
Unfortunately, the second bedroom could only be accessed by a very steep and extremely narrow spiral staircase. This certainly wouldn’t be suitable for older people, larger people or for anybody with mobility issues. It could even be a fall hazard for those without any mobility problems when going to the toilet, (which was situated in the cellar) in the middle of the night.
The garden is not accessible either , even though the photos suggest otherwise.
The check out time was 11 a.m , yet a cleaner was banging loudly and persistently at 9 a.m in the morning- which not only woke us but also considering the lack of security, was quite frightening.
2 positives - comfy beds and a powerful shower.

Bad communication from the start from host. Never sent me link to get access to the property. This made me feel very anxious. Broken window latches in a downstairs apartment also gave me concern. Bed felt very flimsy. Sofa bed wasnt made up for third guest which was also very uncomfortable Had to make it ourselves too as host hadnt made it for us. Cold water for showers.

Clear instructions for an easy check in. The apartment was clean with all amenities needed for our stay. Great location. Things missing were recycling options for the kitchen area and waste bins provided in the bathroom areas.

All in all a comfortable stay.

I was very happy staying in these studios, the staff were very helpful, the studio I was in was perfect for what I had intended. It has a nice TV to watch, they provide their own WiFi, it has a nice shower and bathroom with good mirrors, a comfy firm bed and kitchen/dining facilities with a fridge/freezer. It was clean and had a fan which was much needed in the heat ! I would happily stay there again ! It was very handy in being so close to Finsbury Park underground with lots of shops nearby for last minute grabs 10/10

Stayed here for 4 nights in room 2. Area was a bit uneasy. Outside window was cracked as if someone had tried to smash it. Shower was very small, unable to open bathroom window to let air in. Sink was tiny, unable to use properly. Fridge was broken, anything in fridge would freeze. Noisy with other guests coming and going throughout the night. Not the cleanest. Bed was comfy and we were able to control the temperature in the room. Wifi was good and reliable.

Great stay for 1 night...fast n easy check in...

Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Located on a quiet residential street. Apartment is at the back of a large converted house, so no traffic noise. Perfect for any events in Finsbury Park and only a short tube ride from central London.

Det værste ved værelset var ekstrasengen/sovesofaen.
Den var stenhård og slet ikke egnet til at sove på.
Det aftalte tidspunkt for information af koder til indgang + værelse, blev ikke overholdt.
Så måtte selv kontakte udlejer for at få information.

We stayed here for two nights mid week for a family trip to London.

CONS
The fold out sofa bed is very uncomfortable and unusable for us. Needs a good comfy topper or fold out single bed.


Really loud noise from radiator in bedroom so had to turn it off at the boiler. Luckily it was fairly warm when we stayed so heating not required. To be fair I reported to host who offered to send someone around next day to look at it.

A microwave would be good plus some decent breakfast bowls and cutting knives.

If the back garden was done up and accessible would be good for the kids to play out in.

WiFi hit and miss.

Overall it was an average to good stay for those on a budget just wanting somewhere close to the tube to get their heads down.

Utleieren var veldig veldig behjelpelig og tilgjengelig. Hver kvadratmeter var benyttet. Rent og praktisk. Sovesofaen var elendig å sove på. Rommet hade aircondition men ingen mulighet til å lufte (litt tett luft). Det fantes ikke spisebord. Kjøleskapet manglet hyller. Det lå en eim av cannabis i området.

Første natten leide vi to rom over to etasjer og utsikt mot hage. Der var matbord med benker. Mulighet til å lufte. Det var rent og praktisk. Vi var fornøyde. Utenfor på gata var det dessverre en eim av cannabis.

Andre natten leide vi et rom med overnattingsmuligheter for 3 personer (på grunn av at det andre ikke var tilgjengelig ). Sovesofaen var elendig å sove på, Det fantes aircondition men ingen mulighet for å lufte. Plassen var minimal og derfor inget matbord. Kjøleskapet manglet hyller. Ok for en natt

Quartier calme, appartement agréable, propre et moderne (mais attention pas possible de dormir dans le lit d appoint situé à l étage il est très inconfortable) Sinon la literie des chambres est top!
Être vigilant avec l escalier. Une cafetière serait fortement appréciée et il manque de la vaisselle (verres/bols).
Pour visiter Londres quelques jours c’est parfait même si ça pourrait être un peu plus insonorisé.
