Palazzo Goyze

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner deux fois à Palazzo Goyze. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir à pied le centre historique; et utiliser les transports en commun à partir de la Piazza Dante pour aller plus loin. Les chambres sont très grandes et propres, rénovées dans un bel immeuble ancien et calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Roberto et Marianna, ils étaient disponibles à tout moment pour apporter réponse à nos questions, chaque jour. Un grand merci à eux.
Nous leur recommandons de trouver une solution au problème de mauvaise odeur émanant des salles de bain.

Keys, keys and even more keys!! It is a real shame because Arianna is amazing, she is helpful and responsive. The room was good. Noisy on the street side but this is to be expected….its Naples after all.
To access your room you need 4 different keys…and a laser for the lift. Each key you need to turn different ways. Forget and you could be there a while trying to get into room.
Someone had even locked the door to get into the ‘hotel’ from the inside on my last day and as I had left my keys in my room (as requested) I could not get out.
Please, please, please make access more simple. It ruined my stay!!!

The room was massive. The location was a stone throw to the metro- short walk to museum. Lots of restaurants around. The free coffee/croissant at Blanco’s was great too.

Eine schön renovierte Unterkunft in einem alten Palazzo. Das Zimmer war geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, der zuständige Mitarbeiter (Roberto) extrem zuvorkommend, freundlich und engagiert.

La ubicación, en un comienzo sorprender por el sector en que está ubicado, pero cuando ya se conoce algo de Nápoles se valora la ubicación. Un lugar nuevo y limpio, que va tomado forma

Al llegar nos recibió Arianna muy amablemente, incluso nos permitió hacer el check-in antes del horario propuesto y además nos agendó un taxi al aeropuerto para el día siguiente respetando un precio justo y no nos estafaran. Lejos lo mejor fue la atención que nos dieron, además de la excelente ubicación y comodidad del inmueble

Rooms were clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Roberto was very nice and helpful with reserving us a taxi to the airport for our early morning flight and he suggested a very nice restaurant for dinner. Central location close to the archaeological museum.

Palazzo Goyze has a great location, being in the historic area of Naples, close to Dante metro station. But crucially for us, our room, facing the courtyard, was quiet. Unlike one similar place we have stayed the building also had a lift which is handy with large bags in particular. Though the reception is not staffed for long periods, communication via WhatsApp was very good. We dealt mostly with Roberto who helped us when we had difficulty with the keys, detailed a number of local restaurants, one of which we used and was very good (Bechamel near the museum), supplied extra pillows when requested, and got us transport to the airport, at a lower cost than we had been quoted online for transfers. There was a handy free map in the reception area.

The room was reasonably large and comfortable, with a large double bed. The shower and hot water worked well and the daily cleaning and bed making was fine. Shower gel and soap was well stocked. There was a medium sized fridge, which was very handy and a kettle. Snacks and water were provided on the first day. We only tried the air con briefly but it seemed fine. The wifi worked well. The large curtains kept out most light at night.

Breakfast was provided in a nearby café. The pastries and coffee were of a good standard. It would not have been worth paying the price quoted by Booking.com and we had opted to make our own arrangement. But we were offered breakfast free of charge on arrival, and so that was a nice bonus.

Overall Palazzo Goyze was very good value for the price we paid.

Les appartements sont spacieux et les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Ils s'efforcent de vous aider au mieux pour votre séjour.

Palazzo Goyze ist in einem typischen, neapolitanischen Viertel, fussläufig zum Centro Storico, nahe der Metro und Bussen. In einer quirligen Gasse, von außen nicht als Hotel zu erkennen, aber innen eine Oase der Ruhe. Total überraschend. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, alle Abreden haben per SMS bestens funktioniert. Ausgezeichnete Empfehlungen für gute, typische Restaurants. Frühstück in einer nahegelegenen typisch italienischen Bar, nett um die italienischen Stadtbewohner im Alltag zu beobachten.

Super gelegen! Roberto ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles perfekt!

Il palazzo si trova in una posizione strategica, nel cuore di Napoli. Le principali attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti, rendendolo ideale soprattutto per soggiorni di breve durata.
La camera è accogliente e confortevole, e Arianna è sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per la sua posizione e per l’eccellente qualità del servizio.
Essendo situato nel centro storico, muoversi in auto può risultare complicato e il parcheggio interno non appartiene direttamente all’hotel. È un po’ costoso, ma grazie all’intermediazione della struttura è possibile usufruirne comodamente, lasciando l’auto per tutta la durata del soggiorno senza pensieri.

Roberto und Arianna sind sehr nett und stehen bei Fragen oder Problemen immer zur Verfügung.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber und die Lage ist unschlagbar gut.
Auch die Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Café Blanco war super! Ich habe noch nie einen so leckeren Cappuccino getrunken!Man läuft in die historische Altstadt ca 5 Minuten.
Rundum - es war alles wunderbar.

Adrianna was of great help with offering a parking spot on the inner courtyard of the hotel. She also provided a lot of very nice interesting places to eat in the area. Many thx!
