Cons:

The place sucked! Shower had no doors. Sink was stopped up and falling apart. Bath tub was old and extremely dirty. Wifi was nonexistent.

It is a great hotel, I highly recommend it for a quiet and peaceful stay.
Pros:

Exceptional customer service, especially from Yujin and Bahati.

Quite enviroment, and a great view of the mountain.

The bathroom was flooded as the shower is open. The sounds from the highway are a lot.

Pleasant one night stay would return
Pros:

Sonja on reception made the stay for us and was very accommodating. We originally had 3 separate rooms but asked if we could stay in the apartment to all be together which she accommodated for us. We didn’t use the pool but did sit in the area where sonja went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We did not choose to have breakfast as we were leaving early but sonja did offer us a takeaway breakfast which was a nice gesture. The apartment was nice but unfortunately I only took a video not photos which can’t be uploaded

Cons:

It is a little dated and you can see they are upgrading as currently under construction at the side so I’m sure the improvements will be done in time. A few minor issues like the boiler leaks however for the price paid no problem to us.

Short stay will return
Pros:

The staff are what made the stay great so I even booked again for on the way back from safari. Used as a base so literally just slept there but will be returning to give a full review.

Cons:

A little bit dated however I have stayed at a few hotels in different areas of Tanzania and for the price paid there all around the same standard

Arusha visit
Pros:

The Location was good. The staff was great and very helpful.

Cons:

Some of the amenities were breaking down and inconsistent . Our shower and toilet were leaking and when we inquired we were told someone would repair it. It was not done.
The breakfast was okay, however there is a need for more variety.
There was a day we requested to have breakfast at 6 am ( we were told the timings were from 6 am to 10am) we left at 6.30 am without breakfast, and no one apologized or acknowledged what happened.
The hotel is not far from the road...so in the morning the sounds of the vehicles passing can wake you up.

11/10 ! Le meilleur hôtel de Tanzanie !!!
Pros:

Tout ! Il faudrait lui mettre 11/10 ! Il est dans le top 3 des hôtels au meilleur rapport qualité / prix que j'ai fait dans ma vie et je voyage depuis plus de 20 ans, assurément le meilleur hôtel de Tanzanie ! Le personnel est juste parfait et adorable, les chambre sont immenses et avec des vraies salles de bain avec un ballon d'eau chaude et non pas le système stressant de chauffe-eau directement sur le pommeau de douche qu'on trouve partout en Afrique de l'Est (le fil électrique et bien trop près de l'eau à mon goût...), la piscine est superbe, les petits-déjeuners et le repas proposent de la cuisine européenne ou locale... tout est parfait !

Cons:

Il est légèrement excentré du centre-ville d'Arusha mais cela lui apporte une tranquillité que les autres n'ont pas... et puis une vue imprenable sur le Mont Meru !

Amazing value for money, let down by chef
Pros:

The hotel was very very good value for money-there was lots of hot water and the rooms were enormous. if we had the time the pool looked very inviting and very large.
The check-in receptionist Linda was very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

do not in any circumstance he order food. The chef Peter took one hour to make cold chips!! We asked the night before for breakfast at 7.15am due to an early flight however at 7.40am he had only just started cooking. I also requested the night before for no eggs or meat in my breakfast and I got eggs, bacon and beef sausages.

It was an amazing stay. Comfy beds, good breakfast and great service.
Pros:

We loved the location so much. It was close to the road hence very convenient to drive around. It was also close to the activities we had planned. We loved the staff so much. We arrived on my birthday and they surprised me with songs and a cake. It was so heartwarming!! The rooms and bathroom was clean a shower curtain or glass to keep the water out during showering would be great. The staff were really friendly. We felt right at home. The breakfast well balanced with fruits.

Cons:

The only thing, the breakfast wasn't filling. A buffet would have been appreciated since we'd have wanted more proteins than Carbs.

The beds and rooms were absolutely amazing . Loved it.

It had too much Cabs - should be balanced .tea and fruits were amazing
