Comfortable room, thought small. A little noisy in the hallway, but living in Brooklyn, I can deal with it.

Lack of parking. Breakfast was not exciting, but at least they had something to eat.

Overall, it is a nice place to stay. The room was cauzy and clean. A parking would be ideal.

Not enough variety food to choose.

It was a nightmare to find parking in the area, specially it was very cold and snowy

I asked for them to hold my luggage for the marathon, and the manager was giving me trouble and saying he couldn’t do it because he needed to sell the room and stress me out

Met our basic needs.
Pros:

The property was clean and staff were accommodating.

Cons:

The location is in an older part of Staten Island so there was not much around. Also, parking was really difficult to find, they need to consider having something more than NY street parking for guests.
