Pros:

The staff qas great. Veey friendly. However,the property is being renovated. (There is a sign) but I did not see any work being done. The door to my hotel room was like a barn door. The inside of the door was not very clean. The room itself seemed to be fairly clean. The electrical outlets were not good. And there were some bugs in the room.

Not a good place to sleep.
Pros:

The room is small but reflects the price considering the location and the bed is big. However if you want to have a good night’s sleep this is not a good place to stay. It is right on a party street which remains loud until at least 4am, and the hotel bar downstairs stays open until 2am playing loud music that filters up to all the rooms. The curtain over the small window is pitifully thin so the sun bursts in early and you will be woken up then. My girlfriend was struggling to sleep (despite the ear plugs) and we thought an extra pillow might help, I wandered downstairs to the reception, shoed away a couple of very big rats and found the receptionist. They were unable to offer any help whatsoever solely offering a lot of excuses. We had a two night booking and left after one night of almost no sleep. When we checked out early the daytime staff clearly couldn’t care less about our predicament.
